RFK Lives
A lot of "love" or should I say hate for Stanley Richard. Somebody had a great list with Al Noga on there. Made me laugh out loud, Al No Good. Warrick Holdman had some sorry games but not sure if Highway 57 was the worst. I remember enough bad plays from the Sheriff that he probably gets my vote. Did Lloyd start a whole year? I think that was a requirement. He may get my vote for Redskin with the least amount of heart.
Zen-like Todd
Before our current run of Pro Bowl safeties, we went through a hell of a period. Stanley Richards, Leomont Evans, Sam Shade, Ifyeanyi Ohalete, Matt Stevens, it goes on and on...

CBass1724
He was a punter... pick a position player... It just said pick a starter, so I did. He was horrible. If you want me to change then I pick Martin Mayhew.
Larry Brown #43
If you want me to change then I pick Martin Mayhew. Martin Mayhew? Come on. If you're going to pick a starter from the legendary 14-2 '91 Redskins team, you're going to have to back it up with some sound reasoning...especially considering all the horrible players who have passed through DC in the years since. The Waterboy
Based on the invective comments observed in tabulating the above data, I would say the "hands down" winners (not in any particular order) are Richards, Holdman, & Lloyd.
DarrellsMyHero28
Putting Deon down as the "Worst Redskins Player in History" is silly. Would he compete for the "Money Thrown at an Over The Hill, Once Great Now Just Decent" award? Sure. But worst Redskin Ever? I don't like Deon much, DG is my man but lets be serious. I think alot of you are just Deon haters who aren't being realistic.
Bang
Andre Johnson. We drafted him in the first round in 1996, and he never played a down of regular season football. He never got hurt, he just could not beat out the likes of Shar "False Start" Pourdanesh and Monster-Mo Elowonibi. He stunk out loud. ~Bang

Shilsu
At least players like Albert Connell and Michael Westbrook gave us one good season and a random brilliant game here and there. I have to go with Warrick Holdman. Every run that went to his side resulted in the running back looking like Barry Sanders. And him starting kept Lavar on the bench. What if Gibbs/Williams/Lindsay just played Lavar Arrington from the beginnng instead of telling him to prove himself on special teams.

elkabong82
I vote Lloyd also. Didn't show up in games, was lazy in practice, and last season was stashed away on IR because of laziness (like falling asleep at his locker). At least with Arch we unloaded him with no cap penalty and got a 6th rounder for him.
ratbert_rizzo
Iffy Ohalete gets my vote, last year I was randomly watching Arena Football (I don't know why) and some WR just plain burned a safety and there was Iffy with his head down and the announcers just laid into him for getting beaten by 15 yards on a 50 yard field. I just laughed and then I cried.

skindogger47
I didn't read every page, sorry, but my choice would have to be Mr. Over-rated himself = CARLOS RODGERS  your opinion would be taken slightly more seriously if you spelled his name right. But you didn't, so your opinion is probably wrong. How Rogers is worse than Archuletta you must explain to me.

skindogger47
See Posting 284 & 285 for tablulation of count Thanks for the effort. Alphabetically too +1. Not only does this tally show that Holdman and Richards need to be recognized, but it also reveals the members of ES have the ability to read and follow the rules that is comparable to a class of 1st graders. heath Schuler, the number one vote getter, did not play a complete season with the Redskins. He played in 13 games in 3 seasons.

My votes are still: Offense: Shar Pourdanesh Defense: Stanley Richard How can an undrafted free agent be considered the worst Redskin ever? The fact that Shar started games for us at LT is pretty amazing. I think you have to factor in what was used to acquire the player in making the assessment.
