melonhead1959
My vote would be for Tom Carter. A highly rated pick from Notre Dame with 4.4 speed at corner. Played a couple of years for the Redskins back in the '90's, then ended up with the Bears for a cup of coffee and vanished, never to be seen again. At least Shuler has a successful real estate company in Tennessee.
HailSkinz1
Andre Johnson, hands down. Offensive lineman we traded up into the first round with the Cowboys to get. He never played. He was totally unmotivated and uninterested in football. We clearly did not do our homework on the guy. Don't recall the year - something like '93 or '94. EDIT: It was 1996 http://www.webskins.org/draft96.html Hail, H
TheTotalPackage
Desmond Howard has to be a bigger bust than Heath. (at least for us) he won the heisman for crying out loud. Ricky Ervins

ITs our fault we did not use him properly, but GB did

Enter Apotheosis
man, i guess u froget about the things he has done in GB. a bust is a guy who totally does not make it.. ITs our fault we did not use him properly, but GB did Hell, as a receiver we used him far better than everyone else. He never 700 yards with us in his third season and that was the only time in his career that he broke 300  GB just had him as their return man, he was there for one year, and he only had 92 yards receiving. The ONLY thing he did with the Packers was snag the Super Bowl MVP... and during the regular season he wasn't even that good at kick returns (only a 20 yard average). Amazing punt returner that one year, though.
DWinzit
Andre Johnson. First round throw away. Then Shuler. We put our future in his hands Tom Carter started for four years for us before going to Chicago as a FA
Kilmer
Easily Desmond Howard, he was a bigger bust than Shuler. He was supposed to be the can't miss prospect you dream about. Boy did he miss.

TheREALJBird
Tom Carter was HORRIBLE. He got burned all the time and never showed any kind of ability...at least Michael Westbrook had flashes, as few as there were:laugh:
PleaseBlitz
Westbrook. Was suppossed to come out of college and destroy defenses like TO. Not only did he suck, he made the team worse with his presence.

His best year in NFL was for us. I didn't realizr he played as long has he did. Teams would never give up on theis guy. http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/1268

Yup... the hoss got hit at around the 50 yard line and threw the ball straight up in the air for a fumble or a pick, i cant remember which all i know is that it was a TO. I just remember wondering what the hell he was thinking just popping the ball straight up in the air.

Are you actually trying to say Tom Carter did better?? I'm hardly a Westbrook fan but hell that catch he had against the Cards to give us our first win in our first ever game at fedex was more than Tom Carter every accomplished in his stint here

alwaysaskin
Westbrook, even if there were worse busts on the field, how many of them sucker punched a future franchis running back in training camp? How many left camp to go to the circus or threw their helmets for a fifteen yard penalty? Wasn't he trying to be a cage fighter a few years ago? ITs our fault we did not use him properly, but GB did Uhhh, it says biggest Redskins bust and being a top draft pick (not just 1st rounder, but in top ten) you need to be more than JUST a return man. As for the Redskins, HE WAS A BUST! He didn't come near or close to anything they should have gotten for that high pick, that high is supposeded to equal franchise player. WarriorSpirit
Desmond Howard. We traded two 1st round picks[6th and 28th overall] in the '92 draft to move up two spots to take Howard. Andre Johnson is definitely next on the list.
