(AP) -- A 14-year-old boy whose beating by guards at a juvenile boot camp was caught on videotape died because the guards suffocated him, a medical examiner said Friday. The findings of the second autopsy on Martin Lee Anderson conflict with the initial ruling from a different medical examiner that the boy died from complications of sickle cell trait, a usually benign blood disorder. more... How messed up is this? Talk about cover up. The first medical examiner should be brought up on charges. I can't believe crap goes on like this. It's just sick. I wonder what the guards will be charged with now? They should get first degree murder...
Zguy28
Pretty messed up for sure. I hope the family doesn't sue for damages though. I always think civil suits for damages regarding something like this are unnecessary unless criminal charges are to no avail.

Pay for what should not have happened (funeral), maybe make a nice memorial. I wouldn't say any money made and used for selfish reasons would have any value, but any money used towards honoring the deceased seems... not so bad to me maybe.
