PleaseBlitz
4,000 Mexican soldiers smashed the French and traitor Mexican army of 8,000 at Puebla, Mexico, 100 miles east of Mexico City on the morning of May 5, 1862. This finally rid Mexico of all foriegn Army's. The least we can do to honor the memory of these brave soldiers is go get wicked drunk off coronas in the sun tomorrow. Anyone got anything planned? Im going to leave work early, fuel up on Coronas at my crib, and wait for a crew of about 8 to meet up. Then we are going to metro it to the Nationals game versus the mighty Pittsburgh Pirates. Should be a classic. After a few ballpark dogs and ballpark beers and a night of world class baseball, it will be off to whichever bar will allow us to partake in their frothy wares in exchange for hard currency. VIVA! AJ_Skins
I know some people think it's a good excuse to get drunk and eat burritos, but why should anybody in America be celebrating a victory of the Mexican army? Recent events cast this is a slightly different light...does the word "Reconquista" mean anything to anyone here?
