Although Hicks went undrafted, his agent is in the process of negogiating with two teams interested in having him work out at their free agent mini-camps, Hicks' father Curtis said Monday night. The Washington Redskins and San Diego Chargers both have made invitations. A decision should be made as to which direction to go by the middle of this week, Curtis Hicks added. Jared (6-6, 280) completed his four years of eligibility last year at Arkansas.
