Mickalino
Has anyone ever been reprimanded for spending too much time on Extremeskins, on the job ? Or, dare I say, fired ?
Darth Tater
Mick, I'm a consultant. I get paid the big bucks for sounding like I know what I'm talking about. ES helps out with that.
d0ublestr0ker0ll
I'd surf Extremeskins.com so much that I singlehandedly got my 30-person office enforced with a no-exceptions barring from using the internet when not on break or lunch. It sucked. I would still try to sneak on here - and I got repremanded for it like 3 times. Got fired last week for getting sick of the job and not showing up. Thiebear
They tried to block it once.. so i took over the job and unblocked it. The Vice President once said: IF you have time for this, we don't have time for you... He's gone now.... the New VP just asks about Lavar and Ricky and draft picks... If you've been a fan for 20+ years you can wait them out....
SkinsBry
I've been told that the time I spend on here is frowned upon but that is all, so far. (Knock on wood)
Big Weirdo
In college you can do whatever you want. Ha ha ha.
Mickalino
In college you can do whatever you want. Ha ha ha. Not necessarily. I just heard that some colleges are banning the myspace site from their computers because so many students using it, is slowing down their system due to bandwith
SkinsNut73
Well, there was one time I thought I was going to get fired....back in the days of The Daily Babe (yea, I know it said not safe for work....but it was a lot safer than having my wife catch me  ). I was checking out the latest additions one morning when my (female) boss walked in. My screen faces away from my office door, so normally I would hit Alt+Tab to flip to something else I was doing. Well, this one time, as the boss makes her way around to my desk...I hit Alt+Tab and the screen freezes up....with a scantily-clad large breasted woman on my screen  She never said anything to me...and ever since then, when she enters my office she stands behind my computer screen when she talks...very rarely comes around the desk  ....but if they do say something about my time on Extremeskins, I'm prepared. I'll just say that instead of taking 12 cigarette breaks everyday like some people here....or instead of reading the New York Times at my desk each morning...I spend a few minutes on ES. China
No, but ES is blocked from my work now. :cuss: BTW, I'm home today which is why I'm able to post in the middle of the day.

Mickalino
I make it look like I'm working =) Me, too !!! I set the color scheme to my computer software, to Burgundy and Gold colors, turn off all members' sigs, jpg's, attachments, and shrink the ExtremeSkins page so it fits within the other software screen, and it looks just like the software we use, with just burgundy and gold text !!! Predicto
Unfortunately - the nature of my work is that it is concrete and it does not go away. I still have to do it just the same. Every minute I spend trying to enlighten you knuckleheads is a minute I have to make up somehow. You don't deserve me.
PleaseBlitz
My boss wonders how I am so up to date with Skins info. Im always the first with breaking Skins news. Since my boss is a HUGE Skins fan, ES is actually HELPING my career.
fight_on_til_you_have_won
Not necessarily. I just heard that some colleges are banning the myspace site from their computers because so many students using it, is slowing down their system due to bandwith Yeah, but I heard the same kind of stuff when I was in college because of Napster. I'll believe it when I hear it. No trouble yet, but everyone else in my department is surfing the web too. I know, right? I love how people act like they never surf the web at work. The worst I've gotten is my boss saying "what's that site you're always looking at?" and I respond "uhh, the Washington Redskins message board." Yeah, I'm that cool.

I wonder if I can set something like that up. I don't think I can alter the color scheme of our software, though.
