Beware guys: Website for cheaters

How isn't that defamation?

I was asking myself the same question. Here is a link to the CNN (law) article

http://writ.news.findlaw.com/hilden/20060328.html

"Doubtless, the men who appear on this site must feel aggrieved - irrespective of whether the postings about them are false or true. Even someone who truly behaved badly in the past may wish for a fresh start. And typically, these men have committed no crime: With a few exceptions, this isn't a private Megan's List, publicizing convictions that are already public record (a development I'd welcome for violent or coercive offenses.)

The site offers men a right of reply - saying it will post their reply next to the original posting. But some men may feel this isn't enough, especially since the posting may sit there for a while before they even become aware of it.

Obviously, the men have the option of attempting to sue the women who post information about them, if they can figure out who they are. (The site gives women the option of posting anonymously, so the men may need to subpoena the site for user information before they can even begin a suit against the woman who's the source of the information. And the site may well fight such subpoenas.)"

Really? I'm suprised, thought you were the type that would do it anonmously. I had you figured out all wrong, missu28, all wrong.:)

Obviously you did...if I'm going to get revenge on someone, he's going to know it was me who did it. I hold grudges and I don't forgive easily.

But...I won't really put him up there, not really worth it. Technically I can't say he cheated on me anyway...too much grey area in our relationship to say that.

But...I still think it's a funny website.

His name is Cecil Calloway from Aurora, Colorado. He is 43 years old. We have three children together and he has two more with his current wife. He never visits or calls his children. It has been 12 years since he has seen two of his daughters from our previous marriage. He owes over $32,000.00 in back child support and is now almost 3 months behind in current child support again. He is a compulsive liar and cheater. He recently lost his house to foreclosure because his wife left him and refused to pay for it. He loves to live off of women. He tells them sob stories of how hard it is to find a job, yet when he does get a job he usually quits after a few weeks, relying on the woman he is with at the time to pay for him out of pity. Two years ago he stayed unemployed for over a year and a half just so he wouldn't have to pay child support. He is currently married but looking, that's his MO. He will take you for everything you've got, lie until you can't take it anymore, than leave you for someone else. He likes joining dating services online. He is constantly looking for the next big catch. He is a smooth talker. One of his victims told me that he lied to her from the start of their relationship. He makes himself out to be the victim of circumstances. She said red flags went up everywhere. It didn't take her log to beat feet. Ladies beware! Do not date this guy!!!! He is a snake in the grass!

Am I really that predictable? Oh man, will you ever find it in your heart to forgive me?:flowers:

:psyche:

You said you had me figured out all wrong, I said obviously you did. I don't know why you assumed I'd do something anonymously. I wasn't saying "obviously" like you were an idiot or anything. I was just saying that you were wrong in your assumptions.
