heatman28
Very cool guy, well spoken and very down to earth if Larry Michael would just let him finish a discussion that he starts. Ethan has been virtually flawless since he's been here and I'm glad we've kept him from going elsewhere! Good little video on a man who hardly ever gets any respect for a tough position in the NFL. CPstretch
yeah they always say...if you dont hear much about your long snapper, that means he is doing his job well, and ethan has certainly done it well the past few years
ChiefPowhatan17
Seems like a great guy. He is one of those great NFL stories. Hopefully he can keep doing what he is doing.:logo:
CPstretch
i remember at a preseason game in 2004, ethan got some good time in the 2nd half at DT. i was confused at first since i knew he was the long snapper but i guess that would be his natural position outside of special teams. Skinsfan1311
Long-snapper is a very overlooked position....but if you're a good one....it's almost the equivalent of being a LH relief pitcher, in terms of longetivity....
H-O-G
I don't want to jinx it, but its his 13th year coming up now in the NFL. Lucky number 13.

Jimbo
Snap is becoming a cult figure here on Extremeskins, mainly because we appreciate just how important his position is and what a great job he's done since he's been here. Many of us are still haunted by the late Dan Turk's bad snap in that 2000 playoff game against Tampa. Most of us are convinced Conway would have made that 53 yard FG to win the game had the snap been perfect.

I really doubt that was him playing DL in preseason. 1. It is not uncommon for 2 players to have the same number in preseason. 2. I read an article about him in the Post and he stressed how he needs to protect his hands, so much that he does not even really practice with the OL. Baculus
Another cool detail about Ethan Albright is that he grew up a Redskins fan, so he is playing for his favorite team. Of course, that does not always work out for the best, case in point, Brad Johnson (who also grew up a 'Skins fan.)
