......at Six Flags :)

Seriously though, Six flags needed this and they now have one of the best owners in the league.

They're already making deals with big name players like DC comics and the Justice League. He's also added more characters, and these won't be the partially obstructed characters either.

There's also rumors a retractable roof may be added to the park.

Here again, I can't complain about an increase in parking prices, because it's going to sign free agents. He's already inked Captain America and the Green Lantern. I mean, come on, THE GREEN-FRIGGING-LANTERN!!!

Snyder will find out that the NFL and Six Flags are extraordinarily different operations. If history is a guide, he will find this out the hard way. For the sake of Six Flags employees, I hope he's quicker to learn this time.

DC Comics characters have been in the park for a decade, though Snyder certainly is adding more of them -- particularly more costumed kiddies in the guises of superheroes, Bugs Bunny, etc. Small kids will care; teens will have more harrassment targets.

There's also rumors a retractable roof may be added to the park.

Anyone who believes this should move to Philly, where off-season delusion is held up as high art.

It took me a second to see that you were just drawing parallels with Snyder's first few years of NFL ownership. Nicely done.

Everyone knows the Green Lantern wasn't one of the top free agents, and if they already had Captain America, why sign him? Are there really going to be enough emergencies, damsels in distress, or disasters to go around for all these super heroes? They would have been much better off building through the super hero draft.

Oh come on. They drafted "Creepy Uncle Man" last year; "Wonder Wuss" in 2004, and "Captain Clueless" in 2003. Now, I understand that Clueless went back to the college ranks and is coaching at South Carolina now, but how does that help us?

Creepy Uncle Man is going to be traded. From what I understand, Kings Dominion has some "feelers" out there to see what it would take to "lure" him there. But he's been signed to and dropped from the Telephone Booth Squad more times than Zak Keasey.

I'll grant you the fact that Wonder Wuss did benefit the program. After all we got Santana Moss...errr...The Flash for him straight up. But when was the last time one of our draft picks produced for us?

Captain America is a good veteran guard. Dude's been "shielding" blindsides for years. Speaking of blindsides, what are defenses gonna do when the Lantern shines that decoder-ring contraption in their eyes? Like John Cena says, "You can't see me!"

Unless you want to propose realistic trades or ideas, stick to the franchise mode in Marvel 2006.

:D

Green Lantern is a very versatile pickup, I applaud the heads-up move by the FO to grab him before anyone else could. Not only can he fly but he can also return villains, throw street thugs in jail, and his ring is an excellent example of the unpredictability he brings to the table. This was a grade A signing... :silly:
