Skins LB Problem solved?

Attention:

The next great linebacker to play in the NFL is not even in this years draft or on a college team.... I haven't even heard his name called.. True he may need an attitude adjustment but who doesn't at the age of 21... True he's been dismissed from his college team but it would be foolish if the Skins with it's EXPERIENCE Coaching staff & Scouting department would pass him over....

And we could get him for cheap too!

Heck we finally got # 21's attention :wavetowel

AHMAD BROOKS... IF YOUR FROM ANY WHERE IN VIRGINIA YOU KNOW THE NAME

AHMAD BROOKS... 6'4" 259 lbs and can run like a deer and has all the skills to become an ALL PRO... I am a loyal Redskins and UVA fan... and if any body ever seen this kid play... then you've seen the unlimited potential...

I love L.A aka Hollywood & it hurt to see him go... but forget who's in the draft this year or next year or the next ten years..... AHMAD BROOKS can do it all !!!

AND YES HE'S COACHABLE IN THE RIGHT SITUATION.... GREG WILLIAMS & DALE LINDSEY DOESN'T TAKE ANY ???? FROM NO PLAYER!!!

Let me know what you thank fam!!!

Sooner or later all time boms explode... He needs to ride the bench, play special teams , and develop some humility. I call it "act like a man -- if you want to be treated like one"

I am not his agent at all... but i no talent when i see it... and besides i hate the cowboys but i like D.Ware because he's a game changer... in football you need game changers at all three levels on defense Secondary: # 21 / D Lineman: # 96 / LB'S: 53

Another LB wouldn't hurt...

PEACE

I guess, as it is he's in the supplemental draft but he can petition the NFL to be in the April draft. I wonder why he didnt just declare right away before he got kicked off the team? Every draft board has him rated like a Brian Urlacher with very few downsides.

This guy Brooks is a legitimate prospect...potentially one of the best LB's in the nation according to the scouting reports. He's a big guy 6'4" and 260 lbs and supposedly very fast and a great tackler...some people comparing him to a bigger version of Ray Lewis?!

How does the supplemental draft work? My understanding is that you take someone in the order of the draft, team by team, and if you take a player, then you sacrifice which ever round you took the player in next year's draft.

Is this right?

I would say that we should atleast take a good hard look at him, he could be a vast improvement in our linebacker core in years t come. As for a problem child, We have Taylor and we all think hes great. Not to mention I bet GW can keep Brooks in line

Plus one that you have heard of but not for football:

B Jeff Francoeur Parkview (Lilburn, Ga.) 6-3 190

Better name from UVa if LB is your position of choice:

Kai Parham-MLB

Smart and tough, he regularly played tougher, smarter, and more consistant than Brooks on the same UVa defense.

What about thomas howard from U.T.E.P. he is very fast and is a game changer. He runs a 4.4 and use to be a defensive back. He weighs 240 wich is solid weight for a linebacker. This is were we need to go with in the second round.
