OVCChairman
Jamal Lewis served a 4 game suspension That is a lot different than a ban, and was that Team or League imposed? I have no idea exactly what the rule is but i'm sure that the league would not impose a suspension on a player who is of that...popularity, just a thought but dont quote me, i honestly have no idea edit : My girlfriend playing dictionary
Sweet Sassy Molassy
no that not true, Ray Lewis and Jamal Lewis were both convicted of Felony from a Plea Bargain.....didnt miss a second of playing time... I thought Ray Lewis got the conviction reduced to misdemeanor obstruction charge. Jamal Lewis got suspended for a bit.

kappaluvacee
It is a finable offense, but I seriously doubt it is a bannable infraction. Think about it, they let you fail numerous drug tests, why would they ban you for a felony? In many states a DUI is a felony. The league would be banning players all the time if it were a bannable offense.

Grizz
I think Ray Lewis got fined $200,000, but then won the MVP that year and got $200,000 as a bonus for winning the award.
