f_trizzy
At the owners meetings press conference Tagliabue announced a handfull of games for the 06' season. I am going off pure memory here because I couldn't find an article anywhere so here goes: Thursday Sept. 7- Miami at Pittsburgh Sunday Sept. 10- Dallas at Jacksonville (FOX nationally televised) Monday Sept. 11- MNF Double header game 1 Minnesota at Washington, game 2 San Diego at Oakland Thanksgiving day- Miami at Detroit, Tampa Bay at Dallas, Denver at Kansas City. Again I'm going off of memory, I apologize if I screwed up or missed any games. EDIT- Forgot Colts at Giants on SNF found a link too http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2386175

I don't necessarily agree with you, but I also think opening up the season with Minnesota at Washington is a little strange...
