As far as the sirrius guys go, they normally have been hardcore skin haters on the air, but they have given uncommon accolades on the offseason as a whole so far. Gibbs likes characters, he understands that not everyone is the same. He expects people to act responsibly and not bring shame to the organization, but he wants people to be themselves.
