Frediemac
We don't want to go into the Season with a 110 MILLION DOLLAR TEAM, AND LOSE ON FIELD GOALS. RIGHT???? Didn't that happen to us in 2000? with Norv Turner? Get Vinitari ASAP! :point2sky
dsciambi
How long do kicker's careers usually last? I only ask cause Vinatieri has been in the NFL for about 10 years now, and is 34 years old. Seems like he's probably getting towards the end of his career. I'd rather have someone who can stick around for a good long while (not saying Vinatieri wouldn't, since I obviously don't know how long kickers play for). shallyshal
Gary Anderson was kicking when he was something like 44 in 2004. and morton andersen wants to kick until he is 50 !! sean landetta IS nearly 50 and punted last year inthe nfl. barker is around 40.. tupa finally retired at about the same age.. but we had an experience with an aging eddie murray.. and it was not good

Didn't that happen to us in 2000? with Norv Turner?Get Vinitari ASAP! :point2sky I couldn't agree more. A great kicker should be a huge priority. Hall has been very good WHEN HE'S BEEN HEALTHY. But, Vinatieri is great. More than that, he's unbelievably clutch. Hall has also been shaky on kickoffs. Anyone know how well AV kicks off? From what I know, Vinatieri would be a excellent pickup. Definitely my favorite of the remaining FA's available. Sounds like we won't get him, if we are to believe Vinny though. Before we signed Andre Carter, he said there was only one UFA we were still after. Oh well...nothing wrong with them changing their mind!!! HoyaSkins28
I would love AV, but not really MV. MV isnt good enough under pressure. YOu saw the Indy vs. Pitts. game in the Divisionals.
