THE POSSE 81 83 84
Geoff Hobson, of Bengals.com, reports agent Carl Poston said the Cincinnati Bengals have expressed interest in another one of his clients, free agent LB LaVar Arrington (Redskins). I thought Marvin Lewis was all against Lavar bashing him any chance he got once he left washington now they may reunite.
Nemosapien
would love to see that happen, because to this day, LaVar is still and always will be my favorite NCAA/NFL player ever.
azmodeus13
84... just to letcha know - put a question mark if it is only a possibility so it doesn't throw folks off... I thought he had signed.... Sounds better than him showing up w/the Midgets or Beagles against us twice a year - doesn't it?

Tazhog
I don't know what to think about LA anymore... I keep reading threads that claim he's signed, then not signed, then a new team is involved??? I think I'll just wait to see a comfirmation to believe it... until that happens everything is just a rumor...

Mark
I wouldn't be suprised if Poston claimed that another 33 teams also "expressed interest" in Lavar (including Washington Redskins). But the fact is that he has been free agent for three days now and there is no offer. Some players got a call at 12:01 today. He's clearly not such hot comodity after all. Shotgunner
LA has huge potential but, he's lost so much time to injuries he comes with a downside. Add to the mix Poston as your agent and it remains to be seen where LA goes.
