Will Brunell make pro bowl with new receivers?

It seemed a hot topic last year, and most people who supported Brunell used the excuse that he didn't have any wide receivers other than Moss.

With the new guys in town and a new offensive coordinator, do you think Brunell will finally prove he is a pro bowl quarterback in the NFC?

Well, he should have this year. What was he ranked, 12th or some where near that? Instead they send Micheal Vick (ranked 25th with just over 50% passes completed). What a joke. And like mattskins stated, it depends if he can look at all of our recievers. He had them open this past season. He just wasn't looking and ended up throwing out of bounds most of the time. He played it mostly safe this past season. Hopefully with the talent we have at the WR positions, a healthy offensive line and Al Saunders calling the plays, I dont see why he couldn't make the Pro Bowl.

Brunell should have been in this past season, that's a fact.

I'm beginning to think that Gibbs will give him this season to go out with a bang, especially with the team so close to the SB. It's the twilight of Mark's career, win the big one then hang'em up in style. I'd love to see Campbell in there, but he'll have his time, and for a while to.

I'm pretty sure Gibbs wants to prove that Mark is his man and will get the job done. Remember he is loyal. But no matter what, HTTR!

Brunell will retire at the end of the season after winning the superbowl and will automatically be escorted to Canton to have his bust made. He will have to forgoe the probowl because of this but he will be unanimously voted in by all of his peers and every single votes on NFL.com.

With the recievers we have, I think most starting QBs in this league would have a serious shot at making the Pro Bowl. But the big question is, can Mark Brunell play at a consistently high level all season. A lot of people felt like his numbers justified his making it last season, but most of his best numbers were at the beginning of the season, and his performance in the second half was decidedly well below the standard he set early on. In fact overall it was only mediocre. Sorry folks, but that just won't cut it.

Though I agree that Vick didn't deserve to make it either.
