KC Redskins Posted March 12, 2006 Share Posted March 12, 2006 Over the past few years there have been a few teams only carrying two quarterbacks. When looking into these teams, they are the teams that have another player capable of playing QB (such as playing in College). I believe this is something we need to look into with the signing of Randle El. It would save cap space to an impact DL/S. And also clear up a roster spot for another Special Teamer. In the Infamous Body Bag game on Monday night in Philly in 1990, Mitchell was our emergency option. Rypien was out but not on IR, Humphries came in and got hurt as did Rutledge.
