ChiefPowhatan17
Has anyone else heard that the SKINS looked hard at James Anderson LB out of VT. I already think that we are deep at LB, but I guess every year we get at least one in the draft. His 40 time was 4.58, and he did well in both long and short shuttle runs. I just wonder if we did go after him, would he be our #85 pick or #159 or #191, if he is still there. I know that there are much more pressing issues like DE, TE, and WR. I do think that we need to address those issues first. But, Gibbs says he has a plan for a New CBA or a year without a new deal. So they already have their gameplan on who they want. :logo::logo::logo:
RabidFan
LBs are great special teamers too and who knows how long we'll keep Lavar.
feeshta
Is anybody really comfortable with Arrick Holdman? Even as a backup? That's why they are looking at LB's.

Holdman is one of the worst I've ever seen, he doesn't understand what "contain" means. We lost some early games because of his arm tackles. I want him gone. He doesn't want to tackle anyone. And he can't shed a block. I wonder about Khary Campbell too, that one goalline stand where he just let a guy by him. :helmet:

If they draft a LB in the 2nd round, I'm afraid that wouldn't bode well for Lavar.

I don't mind if we get a LB, because I think that youth is where it is at. OK, I just looked, both seem to be very good LB's, I'm excited about this draft, I just wish we had a first rounder, but I wouldn't mind an extra 2nd rounder.
