jbooma
According to Jim Hughes who is a climatoligist that emails into the Tony K radio show every now and then he is predicting that a large winter storm will impact the entire area sometime between March 12 to 16. You might ask who this guy is but he did predict the big storm on the Sunday of Presidents weekend 2 months before it hit, so he might be better then listening to our local weathermen and women Curious if our extreme weatherman has heard or seen anything about this storm. Johnny Punani2
I hope you're right! So how come you get this stuff right more than Bob Ryan (DC area NBC meteorologist) who sucks? Because TV Wx people have to be more cautious over their forecasts. They are afraid to trust their gut sometimes because the public will be all over them if they are wrong and they don't want lose viewers which costs the TV stations money. They know whats going on but they are not going to give specifics or make a big prediction until it's very close to the event.

The 12th Commandment
It's a trade off no doubt. We don't have good bread, no pro sports teams within 300 miles, very limited night life and no decent italian restaurant. BUT, muhahaha it's 77 degrees with bright sunshine here! I love to read about nasty weather somewhere else! Sorry. Couldn't help myself.
