doggface gremlin
Of course he hasnt done anything the past 2 years... hes been hurt(except last year where he did do a lot, which shows how much you know...).So lets forget about his entire history because of his hurt season. Sounds like a good plan, destined for failure. Besides the int vs tampa bay , what did he do , oh thats right his ass was on the bench for the first part of the season b/c he couldnt play nice with the coaching staff. Then he gets to start later in the year and gets hurt again ,plus his injury 2 years ago wasnt really as bad as he made it out to be. TELL ME WHAT LAVAR ARRINGTON DID IN THE REGULAR SEASON IN 2005? year 2005 games 11 tackles 39 sacks 0.0 fum rec 0 int 0 td
fansince62
"They both do , but I really dont think the coaching staff and snyder want to pay a roster bonus to a guy who has been a pain in the ass of Joe Gibbs since he returned to DC." for a moment there I thought you were referring to Sean Taylor! but generalizations can be slectively applied I guess. HoyaSkins28
The Skins will not trade LaVar. Can't we all just except that? I would love to get Abraham for Ramsey but I dont think the Jets will give up a Abraham and I dont think we'll give up anymoe draft picks.

Hmm you can start by saying leading the defense in Tackles for a Loss, despite playing in only 11 games and not even starting all 11... Also those 39 solo tackles don't look like much, but he was 7th on the team in tackles despite basically playing only half the time... And how about the TB game? 10 tackles, a FF, and an INT...not too shabby for someone you are quick to dump...

If anyone deserves 6.5 mil its Marcus Washington. If Lavar Arrington comes back and shuts his mouth ,and follows the scheme set by Gregg Williams like he did late last season. Id be happy to see him in Burgundy & Gold.

What I say is my opinion , all im saying is that he hasnt earned his money the last 2 years. I use to like Lavar Arrington but he really has been a problem via his mouth/injuries.I want to see Lavar Arrington play within the sceme for once, if he did hed be a top 5 LB. Every person though has their opinion and ur smart ass tone is uncalled for. People on here get riled up when someone states an opinion they dont like about a player they do. Arrington is not on the same level as Portis,Samuels,Thomas,Jansen,Moss,Griffin,Washington,Springs, and Taylor in my OPINION. Why dont you just say hey doggface gremlin i think your wrong. Redskins4ever
The Jets will not trade away Abraham for Ramsey. They can still draft a QB anyway and as far as LaVar for Jevon Walker, that doesn't sound like a bad trade at all. But as previously mentioned, there is the salary cap situation with him so I don't see either of those trades taking place.
Thiebear
Now that Lavar's fit to play..... and his salary issues I say play him if Williams WANTS him on the field. Lets not wait till September and realize he's not out there or only on nickle/3rd downs.. I have always like Ramsey and think he would have grown into the position, BUT since I'm not the coach and predicted 9/7 last year i'll let them figure that one out. Take what you can get with the other QB's out there pushing the price down... My little brain says Trade Ramsey, but not Lavar unless he is unworkable from the Neck up. From the neck down he's ALL over the field.
Macd36
That what I was agreeing to. We shouldn't trade Lavar. Keep Lavar!

Doodie987
Ramsey and a 4th for AbrahamArrington for Javon Walker and a 4th ramsey and a 4th for abraham would be of course...amazing... but a tad unrealistic and i dont think the packers would trade Javon Walker...their going to need the best recievers possible for young going to be 2nd year "rook" aaron rodgers...also javon walker the year before his injury finished like the 4th best reciever in the league i think?... lmk...jake
CPstretch
i'm shocked no one has mentioned this about lavar and the weak side linebacker position. the defensive coaches absolutely love chris clemons and he will be starting next year at weak side. he is the perfect fit at weak side as he is a real fast LB who would be ideal in a 3-4 scheme which we will be playing against the colts when we whip that ass!
