They have been in the current location since 1979. But I think they were near Herndon from 1972 until they moved. Back then, Chantilly/Centreville was seriously in the middle of nowhere. Now it's an overpopulated, overly expensive suburb with the worst traffic. But it will always be home to me.
Mr. Sinister
Gotta love it when people do some blatantly uncool stuff, get on other people for doing the same uncool stuff, then when called on it by someone else, come at you via pm saying "Sorry that you were offended." Really wasn't even that big of a deal to me, until they started acting like they owned the place, and started being a hypocrite. But, "Sorry if you were offended?" No idea why they pm'd me to begin with, seeing as I didn't ask for anything, but since they wanted to do the "Sorry you were offended" stuff, I figured they must have thought that would be enough, and that I'd be okay with it, much like taking my (and others) posts and passing it off as their own on Twitter... Like, I should be honored that they even decided to acknowledge me at all. I sure as hell am not a choir boy, but if I screw up, I usually own it, and will think hard about what I did, and in an apology, won't be looking for some passive aggressive shortcut that just makes you look like more of a peabrain

CBass1724
I'm not sure if I've ever legit been offended in my life. If someone is saying something ignorant and being an asshole, I just chalk it up to them being an asshole. I know we all handle those situations differently. But these days, everyone is "offended" over anything and everything.

You see, my wife uses them a lot BUT for some reason doesn't get the concept of "safety" pin. She never closes them up. I find tons of them laying around the house. You might just as well save the pennies and buy regular old pins. smdh 13 minutes ago, Dont Taze Me Bro said: I'm assuming it was the pin that holds the weights in place that failed. I think saying something offensive, being offended, and how you you react to being offended, are entirely separate things. If you've never been offended, good on you, but I have plenty of times. Have I always acknowledged it or gotten upset because of it? No. But there are many ways that people can be offended, and I'm not sure I would lump them all together and brush it off as everything being offensive, because thats certainly not the case Most of us were raised with enough home training to know how to act around people, and most of us know that there are certain lines you simply do not cross. For some reason though, now it's becoming cool to not give a damn, which is pretty sad. That leads to my original point with those people. Saying incredibly offensive **** may not merit any consequences, depending on the person, but you run the risk of saying the wrong thing to the wrong person. Kosher Ham
@Mr. Sinister, I had a good rant directed at your previous post. Deleted it, I don't think you would have been offended, I thought it was funny as I am sure you would have also. I just didn't want the masses that wouldn't get the joke to think I was being serious. Kosher Ham
Haha. Nah. It was borderline. I don't give a crap what the masses think really. I just felt that it might provoke others into pissing you off more. Unnecessary is all. It's called being considerate.
