They have been trying the Turing Test for Phone Sex for a while now, I'm not going to look to see how far they got at work, though (saw a 2004 article and stopped). It's pretty easy to make something like Siri uncomfortable, I agree with your prediction that the first robots to really fool humans into thinking they are, too, will be sex bots. It stays unplugged when not in use, not because of what happened in that article, but after reading that, I'm glad we didn't keep it plugged in.
