Ochocinco is posting pictures of his workout. Makes me long for those days back at VT when I would visit the gym at 7 AM to work out and stuff.

See, cool people work out at 7 AM

I got a lot of **** about that

YOU SHOULD BE ASLEEP AT 7 AM

Yeah but people have jobs at 7, 8 , 9 AM

Your typical college kid doesn't wake up until noon, I never got that. Ever. Skipping 8 AM classes because he wants to sleep in till 10 or 11. You know you woke up at 7 for HS, stereotypical college kid, yet can't wake up for an 8 AM class?

I did that my freshmen year of college when I was on the club rowing team. But it wasn't at 7 AM, it was at 5 AM. That was the worst. The worst. I just can't focus and get my energy going to lift weights that early.

Also, LOL at USC getting smacked down again by the NCAA. Someone, I don't remember who, argued with me a few months ago that USC wasn't actually going to get punished as severely as the NCAA initially made it out to be, because that person didn't understand how the infractions appeals process works in delaying the punishment.

I wish someone would start a summer/off-season college football thread, but I'm too lazy to do it myself.

.

I've always been a " get up early to work out" guy. I get up at 5am 6 days a week to go to the gym and get in my 6 miles. Normally as the day progresses and I get into my schedule, I feel less and less inclined to work out. I tend to be in more of a zone when it's real quiet outside and it's just you. That's when I've gotten in some of my best workouts. Plus that's normally when the more dedicated/in shape people are working out, and are less likely to interrupt you during your workout to conversate

ix thinks that Pete Carroll is innocent, it may have been him :ols:

Should I start a thread for next year? I feel like it could be a cluster-****, there's too many allegiances.

Though it does suck that no one ventures down to the NCAA forum.

I can do cardio in the early morning, no problem.

But if you want me to come in and do say, a heavy chest or leg routine, I'll struggle. I just can't get into the same robotic zone lifting as I do when I'm running, doing stadiums, or whatever. The breaks between sets throw me off unless I'm just in the right mindset to do it, and that mindset doesn't usually come for me until the evening or night time.

It wasn't ix, it was an older poster. He was basically arguing that the NCAA would just end up letting USC off with a minor slap on the wrist because they're USC, and the fact that they didn't really have to serve any penalties this past season proved that (although again, as I explained to him, that was because USC had appealed the infractions, so their only acting penalty that wasn't delayed was the post-season ban).

What allegiances are we talking about here? I get a little tired of the same old ACC school discussions, I know other people on this forum represent other schools, they just don't chime in. There are so many news stories though- the USC case, more UNC stuff going down, Russell Wilson might go to Auburn, etc.

I might just go full heel this year and troll every possible team, hoping to draw more people out into these conversations.

http://barbara.guanabee.com/2011/05/brazilian-woman-wins-right-masturbate-work/

Ana Catarian Bezerra is a 36-year-old Brazilian woman who suffers from a chemical imbalance that triggers severe anxiety and hypersexuality. Ana, an accountant by day, began to have problems at work because the only way to relieve said anxiety is by masturbating. A lot. Now, after winning a court battle and seeking professional medical help, Ana is allowed to masturbate and watch porn — using her work's computer, no less — legally.

The revolution has begun!

Yeah, true, I guess it's just the fact that I don't lift that much anymore, if at all. I normally do about 10 sets of 20 pushups, so that's normally enough for me. I've actually lost some muscle over the last 4 years because I don't lift anymore. At one point I was around 195, but after my dirtbike accident last year, I've pretty much stopped alltogether and have kept up my cardio routine, along with about 10 sets of 10 situps, and I'd say that I've probably lost about 7 lbs of muscle. Right now I'm at about 187
