Saunders needs a shot.; He is head coach caliber I agree, he WAS a failure as the head coach of the Bills, but I'm sure he has learned alot under Gibbs, and he is much younger than Saunders. :2cents: I just feel that being Gibbs assistant has offered him a great deal of knowledge about head coaching a team.
