triple569
He is good but if Hank Baskett or Maurice Stovall are available I'd rather grab one of them.
dfbovey
Every game I saw this guy play in, he was dropping passes left and right. No thanks.
GoDannyBoy
Two more months of this? It is only a second round pick. The Skins will pick the best player on the board. I just hope it isn't a linebacker.
RDSKNfaithfull
This Clown dropped every pass thrown his way for a week straight  Lets draft him
artmonkforHOF
time to think outside of the box. Dont draft a kicker first, Not even a punter, DRAFT THE HOLDER. those guys are 1 in a million. (failing that draft the tee that holds the ball up for kickoffs, Dan will pay like $3mill/year for that kinda talent)
littlenana57
JUST MY:2cents: ...Seeing as I am from the OHIO state.. Just 3 words,(well 2 initials and 1 word)... A.J. HAWK. But I fear he will be gone before we would ever get him.
Jimbo
JUST MY:2cents: ...Seeing as I am from the OHIO state.. Just 3 words,(well 2 initials and 1 word)... A.J. HAWK.But I fear he will be gone before we would ever get him. C'mon man! A.J. Hawk is likely a top 10 pick. Unless we trade up then Tapp, Nance & Stovall could all be gone. While you never know who's going to fall, I'm thinking a guy like Auburn DE Stanley McCloveror or Purdue DE Ray Edwards might fit the bill in the 2nd round with Pitt WR Greg Lee (if he's still on the board) in the 3rd. We still don't know what, if anything, we'll be doing early on in free agency. Decisions will have to be made and cap room will have to be created before we can "Rabach" anyone this year. THIS, as well as Sean Taylor's trial, will go a long way in determining what we do in the draft.
doxskin
i would like to see us draft DE tamba hali, out of Penn State, if he is available he has great potential. :dallasuck
Jimbo
i would like to see us draft DE tamba hali, out of Penn State, if he is available he has great potential. :dallasuck Tamba Hali is another first rounder. Unless we end up trading up into the first round, the only way we grab a guy who's capable of starting is via Free Agency. If we stand pat in the 2nd or 3rd round, those guys might contribute but very likely will not unseat anybody who was a starter for us last year. roadkill
yeah we almost have to draft a DE. This draft is chock full of them. but there's no way we're drafting Tamba Hali. i'd love it if we could snag Manny Lawson
Alvin Walton's Mohawk
I watched this kid play quite a bit against the Pac-10 and he can play. He was a great Pro-style college WR. But- like everyone else- he is a crap shoot in the pros. Personally, I think we go after DE help first. WR's take a few years to develop and we need someone who can step in now and be #2. iamthecam36
Daryl Tapp would be the PERFECT fit here but I seriously doubt he lasts till 53.He is a lunchpail guy, he won the lunchpail award basically every week in VA Tech for being the blue collar player of the week. He is excellent against the run and is a solid pass rusher. Tapp on the Skins is a match made in heaven. haha he didnt win it ever weekend he said "take it from me" and to tell you the truth i dont think i could try to take a candybar from this guy. God forbid you try to take the lunchpail! Tapp all the way!
FootballGuy2677
lol is this why we should get him:laugh: Exactly, he looks like another Taylor Jacobs.
FootballGuy2677
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/wr/jasonavant.html Jason Avant: 6 Feet 1 Inch, 213 Pounds University Of Michigan Or http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/wr/greglee.html Greg Lee: 6 Feet 2 Inches 200 Pounds University Of Pittsburgh Hopfully he'll declare, will break larry fitzgeralds records if he stays for his senior year and will probally be projected as a first rounder. But if he declares this year he is a 3rd-4th rounder. Now those guys would be nice!
FootballGuy2677
Victor Adeyanju/DE/Indiana http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/de/victoradeyanju.html Personally i like him more than Manny Lawson...I think he could make a real good impact here. Jason Avant, Greg Lee, Martin Nance, or Maurice Stovall in the second round then draft Victor Adeyanju in the third.

Don't be surprised if he is still available. It should be close depending on how he does at the combines. Oh and I would say NO to Hagan. I did not like what I saw at the Senior Bowl out of him. atloldskin
Lonnie Pope, TE, UGA, would be my ideal pick.
MoDaddy
Lonnie Pope, TE, UGA, would be my ideal pick. I think you mean Leonard Pope and he'll be gone before pick #53. While I think there are a lot of reasons to pick a TE in the second round, I am also in the camp that wants the best defensive player available with that pick. Then, I hope that one of the top six TE's falls to round 3. This idea, both mine and others', are all over other threads.
