If the Bears stumble or get a key injury, I could see anyone of those four teams making the playoffs, but it would be at 8-8 or 9-7. It does not take THAT much of an improvement to get a bad team to 9-7 in a weak division. In the NFC East or AFC North or AFC West, the Lions would be a lock for 5-11. 75 percent is too high though.
