Mickalino
so with the great success of Scott's new solo CD, and the dramatic decline with his former band's new project, do you guys think that the rest of the Creed band will be crawling back to Scott, to join forces with him again ? It's funny how so many people trash Creed, but if you go to almost any Karaoke bar, Creed songs are arguably the most commonly sung music.

RonBurgundy&Gold
I don't know about you guys, but most of the artists I listen to don't get massive play at karaoke bars. This is a good thing.
rincewind
And Van Halen, Led Zep, Clapton, etc...Deep down you are a creed fan... Not really. My point was that just because you sell records you are not necessarily a good musical act. It just means you were marketed well and in a lot of case teenie boppers got their parents to buy your album. Congratulations, you are now a product of the system. I'll take talent and integrity over album sales anyday.

RonBurgundy&Gold
If noone likes creed why do they sell albums I think the guy should have reworded his statement to "Noone cool with decent taste in music likes Creed." Its no secret that America as a whole loves ****ty music.
KingGibbs
I havent seen much creed sung in karaoke bars ..... Most people in my neck of the woods sing country or stupid Eminem. Every karaoke bar I've ever been to, people sing a variety from country to heavy metal. There's two songs that make me want to shoot myself when people sing them, 'Love Shack' and 'Dust in the Wind'. The Eminem Show is a great CD.

I guess I am amazed when I see threads on this board....with worst bands of all time and people mention Creed. Creed is not one of my favorite bands....but to put them in worst of all time is really a stretch.
Mickalino
He was actually defending your boys - saying if they are this popular, why do they get trashed. RonBurgundy&Gold
Give me your five favorite albums right now... I don't walk around with a top five or ten list of my favorite albums of all time. I've never even tried to narrow down my favorites like that. I can see why people like Creed, specifically the older crowd. I just prefer my frontmen not make jesus-like poses while singing corny songs and pronouncing the word "open" as "opppuuuunnnnn". Because if you actually HEARD of the band, then they could not have been the worst. The worst band of all time would be a band you never heard of.
