Looking at this list if he stays healthy all season the guy could potentially crack the top 40 all time. Not bad for someone who would only be 25 yrs old at that point

Luckily, he'll never blow out his knee so we have that going for us.

 Please don't say things like that! Karma my friend. Karma.

I like Portis' new-found power running style more than the strictly speed guy he was in Denver. However, I wonder if running through people instead of around them will take its toll.

I'll also be anxious to see if Al Saunders drastically improves our O-line performance as expected. That definitely lends itself toward continued success for CP. Keeping teams of balance with less predictable play calling (sorry Joe :notworthy ) should help him as well.

Regardless, it's been a long time since we had an elite franchise back. Sure is nice to have.

Antwain is still active but in a very diminished role. Never really been a feature guy. A power runner that gets 10-15 carries a game. His part time role is a big reason why, as a power runner, he is still playing at 33 yrs old. Most of those bruisers break down easy Campbell is one of those. He looks like hell now. Bettis has been remarkably healthy for a power runner.
