Game Analisis for Seattle Board

Recommended Posts

Inspired by Pittman4Two, I've been trying to post this game analysis on the Seattle board, but I can't get access:

There’s been a lot of back and forth jawbonning going on between the Seahawks fans and the Redskins fans. I come to your board to give some game analysis, even if it comes from a top Redskins fan (me) which is my number 2 favirite team (Cleveland Browns #1) I hope it gives you food for thought to think about.

Looking at the season of both Seattle and the Redskins, I see a close game. The Seattle defense is better than last season. It depends on which Redskins offense shows up, the Seahawks may or may not have success stopping them or not.

Heres my view of the match up. I will do offenses now and defenses later.

QBs

Matt Hastlebeck has had a great year. Marrying a hot TV star can improve you’re game!!! He gets the edge over Mark Brunell because Mark’s knee has been off since he got banged in the Philly game.

RB

Clinton Portis has a great year for the Washington Redskins all the way a round. He gets a slight edge over Sean Alexander, even though the statisical stats are slight in Seans favor. No. 37 is a little under sized to stand up to the Redskins d.

WR

Seattle has great dephth at WR. Bobby Ingraham has come back strong. Joe Jureviscous is a poor man’s Ed McCafferty. Koren Robinson seems to have put aside all of his personal problems to be a productive WR.

Santana Moss was a top weapon for the Redskins. He and his brother Randy are the 2 top WR in the NFL.

I call this even.

TE

Chris Cooley is great a TE, even though he plays H (half) back. He is big for a h-back. Jeremy Stephens is a big target for the Seahawks and Milli Itulio is a good back up.

OL

The Redskins have a big experience offensive line that can run block well. They also block the pass well too. The Seahawk offense line is big and can run block well. They are experience too. And can pass block.

Wheather

I heard it’s been raining like crazy in your neck of the woods. Good thing the taxpayers of Washington state built a new stadium with a retractible dome to keep out the bad wheather. Without wheather being a factor in the filed of play, the passing games will be in full force.

I predict a final score 32-23, Washington Redskins winning the Seattle Seahawks.

Thougts?

WOW!!! Okay, where should I start picking apart this moron's thread? First, I cannot stand when people say,"Whoever is my first favorite team and those guys are my second favorite." Pick a friggin' team for cryin' out loud! I did when I was like 5 or 6 years old and the love for your team just grows. There is no,"Well, I'll just root for this team this year." Second, Seattle does NOT have a retractable ****ing roof! Third, what does," Washington Redskins winning the Seattle Seahawks mean?" Sorry guys. I couldn't help myself with this one. I'll try not to be so vulgar in the future.

It seems to me you didn't read the entire thread. He's doing an impersonation of someone else. That was the point of the thread.

It's like trying to write a play like Shakespeare.

You should post this :D :

QB

Matt Hasselbet is one of the more overrated QB's in the league. His yardage is a complete byproduct of Shaun Alexander. He chokes in big games. He chokes in big playoff games. Why do you think they call him Hasselbet? It's a hassel to bet on any team he plays on. He sucks! If Peyton Manning is a choker, Hasselbet is already dead since he hasn't breathed in any game of relevance since his Pop Warner days.

"Dead men tell no tales" Matty H, 9/55 31YDS 0TDs 5INTs

Mark Brunell on the other hand is just what you need. He's like an old man in a harem with a prescription of viagra. Just when you thought he was down and out for the count he's back again. The Seahawks are his viagra. Just what he needs to turn around a woeful performance against the Bears.

Brunell 31/31 500YDS 7TDS 0INTs

HB

Shaun Alexander. He reminds me of Michael Pittman. He beats up on those who are too soft to contest him, and like most who are like that, wilts against those who are truly is equal(or greater).

Alexander the Zilch 45 carries(Holmgren is too stupid to realize he wont gain anything and stop rushing him) 0YDS 0TDS 9Fumbles

Clinton Portis

Portis is like the last President of the 20th Century, he's slick, but not like slick Willie. The Seahawks defense isn't like the Bucs, they suck so much that at the end of the game they'll be lining up to give Portis a BJ like his president's namesake.

Portis 20 carries 300YDS 9TDS 1Fumble from laughingsohard at the seahawks ineptitude.

WR

I dont even know who the Seahawks recievers are. That's how underrated they are you say? I'll know who they are at the end of the game because by that time they'll be the first recievers to lay down and cry on a football field in fear of Sean Taylor.

Seahawks recievers 6REC 6YDS NO TDS 3FUMBLES

Santana Moss is the only Redskins reciever who's any good and the only one they need. He's better than all the Seahawks players on offense combined even if they had Mike Holmgren's brain.

Moss 10 receptions 200YDS 0TDS(Cant run the score up)

Defense

The Seattle defense has many names, but their name this Saturday will be the Seachicklets, because they'll be on the field for so long they'll be crying like babies. Grant I Wis"hnotforawin"trom will be held to no sacks and many arguments with the refs that he's getting held. The only thing the Seahags have going for them is their pride, and the bible said thats what comes before destruction. Their stats for thsi game are going to be so pitiful it wont be worth predicting them.

The Redskins defense is truly the best defensive team since the Steel Curtain of the 70s and even they dont hold a candle to this illuminating greatness. Mothers hide their children in fear of this great machine. The Redskins sent Chris Simms home in tears and Matt Hasselbet isn't near the QB Simms is.

9 sacks, 5 FF, 10INTS

As you can see, the Redskins hold every advantage. It will be a great battle..for the Redskins..as they get their first playoff game where they record 80points.

Redskins 80 Seattle 3

Game analysis:

Seahawks have a far supieror offense and a defense that will shut down 53 year old Brunell and drag queen portis.

The only chance redskins have of tackling alexander is to spit on him....seems to be a popular thing for overrated safetys in D.C.

gibbs is an over-the-hill coach that backed into the playoffs. maybe he should go back to racing where he knows what he is doing.

if that post was funny you guys must be the idiots that dress up in womens clothes and wear pig noses to the games........very football appropiate.

Hawks 31-14 Rypien and Thesmiann are right.....Seahawks to Detroit!!!

1. cjcdaman, do not be jealous because I can spread my fan to two teams. The Browns #1 and Redskins #1 to, only when they paly the Browns.

2. Geography lesson: Seattle gets a lot of rain, thus the option of a close roof at Crest Field.

3. Hard to beleive but yes the Washington Redksins will beat the Seattle Seahawks.

P.S. Do not worry about the language. I have heared those types of words before. But moron is a little low.

1. Brunell is only 43, not 53. Watch you're typing.

2. Spitting only happened once time. He missed Pittman and he learned his lesson. As my analsis said, Alexander is too small to gain yardage against the #1 Redskins defense.

3. Joe Gibbs is young for his age and has many assistance coaches to help him.

4. Those guys are the hogets and they are a tradition and cheer for the #1 Redskins. They do not like womans cloths but dress up in a COSTUMe for fun and the nose are HOG noses for the HOGs.

I am predicting 10 point win by skins due to some intangibles and the fact that Seattle's victories are over teams with a combined average win percentage of barely 40%, and that includes Atlanta (8-8). Cooly is due his usual tough game. Portis is, well, Portis. The only real stopper is if ST is out due to lying the Gregg Williams. Hail Redskins! :helmet:
