DieHard86
60% chance of rain, high of 44. Might make it harder to throw, who knows. I think its probably suits the Skins a little better if its bad weather
kappaluvacee
I'll take it. Bad weather this time of year is why Gibbs makes his teams practice in the elements. Cold and wet isn't anything new to skins. With the style of ball that we play, it is definitely going to play in our favor.
GritzRgreat
IT WAS BAD WEATHER WAY BACK IN SAN FRAN WHEN MITCHELL FUMBLED AND THE NINERS WENT ON TO WIN. GIBBS RETIRED. bad weather brings back bad dreams
orlskinsfan
bad weather is actually better for the offense because they know where they are going....i would rather the day be sunny and great field conditions.

pjmjr123
Look, weather should not matter at this point. We are a running team. Spray a can of stick'em on the running backs hands and arms. if your not ready to play in a divisional game then you are going to lose, rain or shine. skinstzar
I don't know anything about their stadium, but doesn't their stadium have a retractable roof? No retractable roof. I think this benefits us. Seattle is the most balanced offense we will face in the NFC playoffs. If the rain takes away some of their passing playbook that suits us. We can keep 7-8 in the box to stop Alexander. No team can run on us if we can keep 8 in the box. :2cents:
Muzzah
I think if its cold and rainy the crowd might be less inclined to be loud while we have a long drive thats heavy on the Portis with a side of Betts
Carlito Sway
Cold and rain will make quick bursts off the line for a WC offense more sloppy . . . that has to favor the Skins. Plus, cold, wet receivers want to get smacked by #21 even less.
The Top Cat
http://www.seahawks.com/stadium.aspx?SecID=31 Seats are 70% covered. The retractable (Baseball) is across the street (Safeco)

diesel22
When I think of the elements I think of the 91 Divisional game against Deion and the Falcons.......I think of the seat cushions flying through the air....I think of the hogs rootin through the mud clearing paths for Ervins and Riggs...........I think I am gonna cry............ Large_Ant
This is hilarious. If somebody said there might be frogs all over the field, Redskin fans would start rambling on about how it was an advantage to them because frogs will give Brunell an extra spring in his step. You guys are funny.

Dirtbag 28
I think Id rather it be sunny than rainy because of the fact our playbook would be greater. If its rainy then we will see true smash mouth football and the team with the less mistakes wins. And that team will be the REDSKINS!!!!!!!!:applause: :seahawksu

Seahawks are ranked #5 in rushing defense while the Redskins are ranked #13. Seahawks gave up 5 rushing TDs all year and held Portis to 3.9 YPC in our last game. Anything that makes Santana Moss less effective is downside for the 'Skins.
KirkNC
The team that plays harder and makes fewer mistakes will likely win. Both teams have to face the same elements therefore the weather is a draw. In extreme conditions weather will make a weak willed team quit, but the forecast is far from severe. Let's play football. Monte51Coleman
Why do people think that a wet field is a disadvantage to a receiver? The receiver knows where he is going. The db or lb has to react which is much tougher. The biggest negative to a wet field is a wet, therefore heavier, ball. That is it. Besides, the field will be covered until prior to the game. Skins#3
The Seahawks' offense will come to play regardless of the weather. Keep in mind, we have the best RB and QB in the NFC! This will create more problems for the Redskins than your overpriced beer and your crap stadium out in the middle of nowhere! Go Seahawks!! smartestmaninamerica
If the Seahawks are smart, they will leave the field UNCOVERED before the game as playing in MUCK is a BIG ADVANTAGE to the running back. The Eagles ran well on us because there field was like rice pudding. You cant stick a tackle as well when ur feet are flying out from under you.
