Look at Seattle’s schedule. 10 of their wins came against teams with losing records. With there other 6 games they lost to us, Jacksonville, and Green Bay. They beat Dallas (no good), the Colts back-ups, and the Giants missed all those field goals. So you have to like our chances.

What a cake walk this team had.

Oct 2 @Washington Lost 17-20

Oct 9 @St. Louis Won 37-31

Oct 16 Houston Won 42-10

Oct 23 Dallas Won 13-10

Week 8 BYE

Nov 6 @Arizona Won 33-19

Nov 13 St. Louis Won 31-16

Nov 20 @San Francisco Won 27-25

Nov 27 N.Y. Giants Won 24-21

Dec 5 @Philadelphia Won 42-0

Dec 11 San Francisco Won 41-3

Dec 18 @Tennessee Won 28-24

Dec 24 Indianapolis Won 28-13

Jan 1 @Green Bay Lost 17-23

They beat the Gmen (in a game the Giants should have won). Squeaked by Dallas at home, and beat Indy when the Colts had nothing to play for.

I still respect them, they can score some points,...but that sched wasn't the toughest of the lot.

I totally agree, let's take a look at their wins.

6 wins vs. Arizona, San Fran, and St. Louis. Not too much there.

Win against Philly without TO and McNabb. No biggie there.

That's 8.

They beat Houston. Wow, your kidding.

9

They beat Indy, without Harrison and Peyton....wow impressive.

10

Their only legit wins were against the Giants and Cowboys at home. That's it.

Wow, what a tough schedule!!!!!!!

Is it really necessary to pretend we're one of those infantile messageboards and start with the namecalling so soon? I mean, its not like they are a hated division rival with an army of trolls or anything.

????????????????????

Who's name calling? Just saying they had an easy sched.

The key will be to shut down Alexander.

The key to shutting down Alexander is to keep him off of the field. We must convent on third downs and the running game has to dictate the pace of the football game.

Look at your logic. Seattle lost to Green Bay with back-ups, the same reason you discount the Indy victory. They lost to your beloved 'Skins on a missed field goal, the same reason you discount their Giants victory. Get over it. As John Madden would say, "Teams can only play the schedule they're given." Get used to one and done because with Shaun on the ground and Matt through the air, it'll be a long flight back to D.C.

and if you remember, they could have easily lost that game to dallas

11 out of 16 games were a joke

To be fair, we probably should have lost to them too.

But, I hate that excuse. Teams miss field goals early in the game and nobody ever remembers those. A lot goes on during the course of a game.

I think the poster was merely trying to show how seattle simply won the games they were supposed to, but really was never challenged by many elite teams. The 4 elite teams they did face they lost to 2 of them. ( Jacksonville, and Washington)

THe Redskins are battle tested. And coming off a powerful defensive win in Tampa compared to seattle's last game loss in green bay, shows positives toward knocking off the #1 seeded seahawks..

Go Skins..
