BAsed on his press conference, Ralph needs to take a back seat on the PR front. no, Ralph, really. I feel like I'm listening to the old guy at my apartment complex. Meandering, disjointed and yet having you filled with anticipation as you wait for 5 minutes for someone to get to a point.
