After all the doom and gloom and snickers that Spurrier was operating his team with a fistful of scrubs, I think the NFL beat writers at ESPN can come down off the mountain and admit that the Redskins might just field a competent offensive team come September 8.

I really don't care what players have accomplished elsewhere, if they play well here that's all that matters baby :cool:

the skins seem to be doing all the intangiles that it takes to win. We have some thingd to improve on but i think when we gat samuels and stai in there we will protect well and thus the offense will be very potent!!

It's funny what Iggles fans are saying now. It's just preseason, despite the fact that we thoroughly dominated in the first half. Last week, when the Steelers dominated us, it was a sign of things to come.

What I loved was when the skins recovered the ball with a lil over a 2 minutes to go and George was asking Sonny and Fryar if S Double will run out the clock and before an answer could be given he had Ramsey throw three passes in a row then the camera panned over to Chucky

Actually, the score was realistically 21-7. Gardner DID have a 2nd TD, and Conway won't be missing PATs like this kid did.

It will be funny when Lenny gets on the Radio and says that Tampa Bay is installing a new offense and it will just take time for everything to gel.

I'm am sure he will announce our victory as a fluke and that we were lucky to get out with a win.
