PleaseBlitz
eggs, Cholula Hot Sauce, home fries and bacon Cholula is key. Mine would be 4 scrambled eggs (only 2 yolks) with cholula, a bunch of bacon, and a batch of my famous bloody marys (also with cholula, recipe follows). This breakfast is usually a precursor to tailgating, either at FedEx or Mountaineer field. Bloody Mary: 1 bottle of spicy V8 1 pint cheap vodka, aristocrat is the usual culprit 5 good shakes of cholula pepper dash of worchestorshire It'll keep you warm all day

DCRunner
Two pieces of toast with peanut butter (8 grams protein and the good fat) keeps your stomach full for a long time, coffee, and a piece of fruit. Delicious and healthy.
Pete
When my daughter serves 7:30 mass on Sundays, we always go to IHOP afterwards. Three egg, bacon, mushroom, swiss omlet, that comes with a 4 stack of pancakes I smother in butter pecan syrup. Side order of link sausage, and a large glass of milk. At home, it's my special French toast, or banana pancakes. Always with bacon on the side, and smokey home fries...........

a_good_brotha
At first I used to be a cereal person. Now I like bacon and eggs. As far as my eggs I'm torn between overeasy and scrambled w/ cheese sauce. They're both good. I guess it depends on my mood.

Fried eggs, bacon, sausage, and for those with a real understanding of breakfast...scrapple Can I get the heart attack on the side, please? Wow. Cover with white sausage gravy and then sprinkle with hot sause. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM I eat it about 3 times a year. Way to bad for you to be eating on a regular basis.
