rvan1
Given such things as Giants being away and emotional, and the Eagles being at home with tons of injuries and holes, are you more confident that we'll beat the eagles than you were of us beating the giants? We have just as many injuries as them. TO will start, macchunky will start and have a career day and so will west brook. I just hope our O can hang with them and score more points. I cant get positive after the NY game. I have tried but I have a really bad feeling for this Sunday.

TheGreek1973
I still can't believe we couldn't do anything against the number 31 defense in the league. Either Mara's spirit must have been the 12th man of their D it made our offense into zombies. I mean the number 2 offense in the league getting shutout by the 31 defense? You can't even think this crap up even if you're Lucas.
RabidFan
I'd say better chance vs NY then we got ruled but Philly got demolished too by a Denver team we hung with so i think we have a good shot this weekend at home.
rvan1
i think the fact that we're at home and that philly is banged up is big for us
oriolesfan93p
you can't judge how your team will perform based solely on the previous week, you have to take into account how that team has played for the entire season, because many teams have that one game in the year that they just look flat. Many teams will have that game against a team that is going nowhere and still have a chance to win the game late, but we had ours against a really good team and didn't against the really bad team the week before. Based on our performances so far this year, and the performances this year by our opponents to date, along with the eagles performances this year, and their opponents performances to date, I really think that we have the best chance to win, our team is a little less banged up at the key possitions, and we have less cancer players(players that are a cancer to the team) than they do. We don't have anyone who is asking for the bigger longer contract in the middle of the season, our games have been balanced, the teams we have played are better than the teams they have played, and the teams that we both played, I feel we played them better(even though with differing results). But all that being said, you still have to play the game as we found out last week. If we went by last week's stats, the redskins win, in a close high scoring game with the redskins dominating the stats and scoring points for both teams. But as it is we got whipped, and that is what we get for comming out flat when the other team is just playing inspired football. If we come out flat against Philly, we will lose, lose big and in our own stadium, But if they come out flat, then I will have weeks and weeks of fun here at work with so many of my coworkers being Eagles fans
SoCalRedskinFan
CP in his interview said the game agains NY felt "sluggish". I dont see that happening again. The Iggles are against the ropes and the skins looking to make a point that last week was a fluke! They will be a sacraficial lamb for us!:eaglesuck

Fifty Gut
I take any NFC East opponent the same you see them twice a year, every year, so they know everything about our team and its players
Doctor ToughLove
Man for man I think the Eagles are tougher than the Giants. But the way the Redskins played last week I don't think they would have beat anyone. Irony being the Redskins have a better chance of winning this week even if against a better team. The Redskins will need to return to their former form though. The Eagles often start the season slow & finish strong despite injuries.
