FunBunch7
We'll take a look from 1st place to 4th... The Giants are 5-2...they still have a tone of trouble on the road...after an emotional win vs. the Skins, they COULD come in flat vs the 49ers... @ SF......will probably win but ya never know Min........they'll win this one Phi........they should win @ Sea....I like Seattle at home Dal........they'll get revenge @ PHI.....they won't win in Philly KC.........Priest, Larry Johnson, Gonzo...Go Chiefs! @ Was...revenge will be sweet @ Oak....west coast game, Raiders have good shot It is conceivable that the Giants finish as low as 9-7 but 10-6 is likely Dallas 5-3 bye @ Phi....Eagles get revenge Det....Dallas will win this easily Den...Dallas is tough on Thanksgiving as we all know, but Go Broncos! @ NYG...loss KC....Chiefs can win this one @ Was....a sweep for us? @ Car....Panther win at home Rams....it depends on what's at stake....Go Rams! I see the Cowboys possibley tanking to 7-9 but more likely 9-7 Redskins 4-3 Phi....sunday nighter at Fed Ex...we gotta win! @ TB....doesn't look so hard now Oak...we'll defend our turf S.D.....has the same feel as the seattle game...Chargers find ways to lose @ Rams...we are better than them @ AZ....we will win Dal....SWEEP! NYG....Revenge is sweet! @ Phi...I think we have our playoff spot wrapped up so we sit starters and lose. Best case, 11-5 but more likely 10-6...we'll own all tie breakers Eagles 4-3 @ Was....loss Dal....Win @ NYG....Loss GB....Win Sea....Seahawks are too well rounded NYG...win @ Rams...Go Rams! @ AZ...win Was...win...but they will be eliminated going in. Looks like 9-7 for Philly Thisdivision is going to be a dog fight and ALL 4 teams will have winning records but will be neating up on each other the rest of the way. You have to think that one of the wild cards will come out of the South between TB, Car and ATL so if we finish 2nd or better we will make it. We must defend our home field! #1SkinsFan
i think the cowpukes will go 10-6 or 9-7 like you stated, i think the giants will fall back to earth and lose 6 or 5 in a row Phi........they should win (loss) if philly loses to us, they will be heated and will not want to lose their second straight game to a division rival @ Sea....I like Seattle at home << So Do I they are too good for NYG Dal........they'll get revenge (loss) Dallas D is really good and they are playing good football thus far @ PHI.....they won't win in Philly NO Way Will They beat Philly in Philly KC.........Priest, Larry Johnson, Gonzo...Go Chiefs! << Chiefs O to much for Giants D @ Was...revenge will be sweet (loss) we are at home and want revenge! i think the eagles will go 9-7 10-6 maybe, but they probably will not get into the playoffs b/c of too many division and NFC loses

EnFoRcEr_uPu
I'm honestly not being over-confident or a "typical" fan when I say I still believe the skins are the best team in the division. They have not been so for years, but I really do feel that they are now. They make-up of this team, and ability to come back has always been positive. Our schedule is easily one of the toughest in the NFL. I mean hell, the total record of the teams we've played is 31-20, having only played 1 team with a losing record so far(San Fran). A guy here at work said Atlanta was the ****, and SO much better than the skins. Yet, compared to our opponent record of 31-20, their's is 22-27, LOL! Anyways, how is it that some teams(like us) get so much tougher schedules than some other NFC teams(like Atlanta)? But back to my point, we seem to play best as the underdogs. I'd like to keep it that way for the rest of the year. If that means we have to keep winning fairly close games to stay under the radar and boost our performance, so be it. JCB
And didn't Golic (much-maligned) say last week that he expected us to lose to the Giants but take the division? That'd do nicely right about now.

bubba9497
This is too funny.. specially the way we played yesterday. :-) look at how many good teams have been routed so far this season. The Falcon gave up 56 last year to the chiefs in a blow out and still won their division and made it to the NFC championship game. This has been the only game in 7 we looked really bad. one game not a season make, lets see how we respond Sunday night before giving up on the season

That'd do nicely right about now. I think that's the important thing to see right now. We're still one game back with more than half the season ahead of us. We play each team in our division at home still (and Philly on the road). We're not as bad as Sunday, we're not as good as two Sundays ago. Everything is under our own control. If we take care of business, we'll be fine. No one keeps stats on who is in control of a division in late October. We've been the front-runners many times in the past and the "better" teams have caught us from behind and went on to make the playoffs. We can do that this season. The games that matter are the home games and the division games in November and December. :helmet: :logo: :logo: :logo: :helmet: :point2sky

Washington 10-6 NY Giants 10-6 Dallas 9-7 Philly 9-7 I'd say I would agree with every one of those predictions ... except one. Playing the Rams with an expected healthy quarterback and starting WR's at their place, that's gonna be tough. Still likely should get the Skins in as Wild Card with tie-breakers. No question next weeks game will be telling in how far this team goes this year.
SUNSTONE
I think the two best teams in our division is Dallas and Skins, followed by the Giants, and rounded off with the Eags. Dallas looks really good, I wouldn't be surprised if they win the division, and the skins get a wild card. I'm pretty sure that our division will win the wild card, putting 2 from our division in the playoffs. If you look at the standings, this is how it breaks down. There are only 2 divisions to worry about, Ours and the South. It's almost a garuantee to get a playoff birth, unless the Rams step up hard, which could happen. I say our season swings on this weeks game. We win, we're in. If not, then we had better see some miracles.
