redman
I thought you guys might get a kick out of this old thread from three years ago debating the merits of drafting Betts in light of the fact that there have been rumblings under Gibbs that he might actually be better suited to play Gibbs' preferred offense than is Portis. I actually suspect that, were he in the right situation, he could have a career like Rudy Johnson or Lamont Jordan if he was given the starting job with even decent talent around him. rvan1
running behind clinton is a big advantage for LB though... he gets a lot of the carries after long runs and adds fresh legs on to the field. that alone gets him a lot of his yards. i agree though, if he was in the right situation, he'd prolly thrive.
