Sherlock Holmes
Hi guys, i think im gonna cry with joy. Sky TV shows two nfl games every Sunday and i honestly cant remember the last time they showed the Skins in a divisional game on tv. O the Joy!!! Plus, the Eagles game is on Channel FIVE the following week!!! Hooray!
FarEastBeast
The game is on AFN as well. Good year for the skins means more games I can watch! Something like 5 out of 7 weeks so far they've been scheduled to be on. If Philly and Washington win this week I guarantee the next game will be on too. dchogs
tvguide.com says that i'm getting the skins game too on sunday. then again, it said that for the skins/denver game, but fox showed the cowboys/eagles game. talk about pissed! my two least favorite teams playing instead of watching the skins. ILikeTheRedskins
I'm so sick of having to watch Bears games. I'll be relying on the real-time updates on nfl.com, as usual.

Chrisbob74
Yep, nice to finally get a Sunday live game and nice for it to be a crucial one as well. Fot those British fans who remember the times before we got any live Sunday action.......read this to stoke up some memories.

Great read, Chrisbob... I've often wondered how the NFL and the Redskins have aquired British fans. (Did you write it?) The only experiences I've ever had with most Europeans, when discussing American football, have been ones of total bewilderment on the part of the European. me: Do you like Football? Euro: Of course, what European doesn't? me: No, I mean 'American' football... Euro: Oh, THAT. It's bloody garbage. 3 seconds of action followed by 5 minutes of standing around in the huddle. And what's with the helmet and pads? Real men play Rugby. Bloody dreadful, it is. me: Sorry I asked... Seriously, I think it's great that the sport is taking a foothold over there.... ... Yes, i did.............thanks. I think the problem for people over here is that they try and compare it to rugby. The argument that it takes too long is stupid considering how popular test cricket is here (up to 5 days!!)
Loxley
Unfortunately i dont have the lavish luxuries of sky tv, and Channel 5 is just the pits for the reception. Im gonna have to make do with continuing my affair with the autoupdate on nfl.com for this week and watch the game later on, on disk.

CrazyLikeAFox87
I'm getting the pizzas in, sending the wife away and settling down with a beer to watch our boys! Oh, and I've voted for us for week 10 - I'd say we've got a good chance of seeing us v Bucs as there's not much competition.
