Mickalino
It's Topps' 50th anniversary in player cards, and still they can't come up with something better than this ??? On the back of Rod Gardners' 2004 card - Gardner has started since his 2001 rookie year, poised on the verge of stardom, but not quite reaching it. The change in coaches (Spurrier to Gibbs) could get him there.

mcarey032
He learned from Michael Westbrook! Rod Gardner would make an amazing catch and the drop the next ten passes thrown right at him! He absolutely sucks! I was thinking about taking his jersey that my friend bought and burning it in efigee at the Panthers preseason game when the skins played this past summer! I haven't heard a WORD about him since the pre-season game. Who won that again? :panthersu

nobandwagons
Having "bad hands" is forgivable in Running Backs and Tight Ends but I hate it when WRs have bricks for hands (i.e. Westbrook, Gardner)....I don't care how big or fast they are, I personally hope that the Redskins never get another WR that can't catch the ball. How can you have a WR with the nickname "no hands"??? Hopefully we learned from those mistakes!

How can you have a WR with the nickname "no hands"??? Hopefully we learned from those mistakes! That's so true that Wide Receivers need to have "soft hands". Perhaps Gardner should try using Dawn Dishwashing Liquid. It's done wonders for my hands, and my girlfriends' hands as well. We've both notice a new softness and suppleness in our hands, and my girlfriend can now catch a football better then Gardner.
