LiveStrongSkins
"Today he proved he needs more time. More important then the assignments was to see him having his legs back. Weve been seeing this the last 2 weeks."-interview on Comcast. The controversy is over!! Update: Czaban is cut short by an aggravated Gregg Williams.

50GutCheck
See, that's the thing, there never was a controversy. Lavar was not ready to be out there and Williams and the rest of the Defensive Staff knew it. I just feel so happy for Lavar, it's been a tough road back!!! MumboSauce
Was good to see him back out there...he made some great athletic plays, stops in the backfield..but also mistackled at least 3-4 times that I saw where his arm tackle got broken, but to be in there after not playing the weeks he hasn't I think it was a good showing, great energy, getting the fans and D pumped up...reveling in Marcus Washington and other players making plays and chest bumping them and giving them props etc. He defintely brings something "if" he can do what Gregg asks of him, and takes care of his job/assignments within the scheme. Amen. I'm hoping there's little re-hashing of "controvery" of who was "right" & "wrong". I had my analysis like most everyone does but I'm for skipping that BS and just going with lavar is playing and playing well and the D is a great D and lets keep it improving! :gaintsuck
SamSneed36
we're gonna need LA in the next three games. Hope he's back for good
monkfan81
Well, to all those nay sayers out there...Lavar delivered!! I am SO happy to see #56 back on the field and playing like a mad man!! Yes, I am a Lavar fan and yes, I do think the coaching staff (even with all their knowledge and talent) was too hard on this guy. I am so glad to see Lavar proving himself after all of this crap that has gone on. Now, let's get down to some down and dirty football and kick the Giants butts!! DEFENSE KEEP KICKING BUTT! GO LAVAR! AND GO SKINS!!:gaintsuck
MSJHWT
I'm so glad everyones seemed to have mended thier differences, gotten healthy, etc etc. LaVar looked like a MONSTER out there, and he looked so happy to play!
