I'm always optimistic, but I really do think this is a winnable game. A lot of teams come off bye weeks and aren't real sharp. If we can capitalize on some early mistakes and jump out on them a little bit and keep the ball like we did in the first half against Seattle, we'll take the crowd and Priest Holmes right out of it.

I'm more confident after yesterdays game than I was last week. I really thought we'd drop games to both Denver and KC. I think Denver is actually a lot better than Kansas City at this point, and we dominated that game. If we dont have any stupid mistakes, I think we should win. But if we have those types of mistakes, we wont beat anyone.

With my heart I say most definitely, with my head I have to say this is gonna be a tough one. The "Chefs" have no defense which is a huge advantage for our offense which is just now beginning to come together. If our Defense can keep the "Chefs" Offense in check, namely Priest Holmes, I foresee Washington rebounding nicely in a stadium that has never been kind to us in the past. With that in mind....'Skins 27-20....4-1 coming home against S.F.:D

4-2.. We need to score. The skins need a huge day from the defense and offense. Can we score enough in a hostile environment against a good offensive team? I'd say probably not. Denver wasn't hostile. Everyone was wet and cold and not really loud. If we get down early It's 4-2.

I think we can flat out beat them. The redskins are a tough physical team that can go out there and beat people up. Our defense has taken a small step back but our offense has taken a giant leap forward and they beat defenses up. Look for us to go out against KC and punch those punks in the mouth and dare them to stop our ball control offense. Priest can't do much more then pray from the sidelines.

Our offense will HAVE to be as good as they were against Denver and will HAVE to score at least 24 points to win. We can't give KC any easy points via Dante Hall and the Defense will have to stop the run and not give up any long ones like they did against Denver. KC has a much better passing attack than the Donkos do. Denver was able to pressure Green. We have to do the same.

I'm REALLY optimistic about this game. I was looking at the stats, and we have a very good chance are winning. Both teams lost to Denver, but we lost by 2 points and KC lost by like, 20 I believe. And they JUST came off a bye week, and usually teams coming off a bye week aren't the sharpest tacks in the drawer.

I've ALWAYS got love for my skins, but this game is really looking good =D

I am optimistic about the game coming up. The chiefs choked against the eagles. I think that our defense might even be better than theirs (eagles). I don't think that Trent Green has a prayer. What a reacqaintance he is going to get on Sunday! I think that Sean Taylor will knock Preist Holmes or Dante Hall out of the game. I wouldn't be surprised to see even Lavar get in the game (wishful thinking). At any rate if we split this afc trip, we will still be in good shape for the up coming battle with the giants and eagles.

I try to stay positive, but they had a week off to prepare for us. They have the loudest stadium in the NFL. They were embarassed by the Eagles after losing a 17 to nothing lead. They have a good Running team, (their team is almost the same as Denver's). We are playing hurt badly on Defense, and our Defense is playing great but no turnovers or pressure on the qbs. If we can win on the road against KC then I have no doubt we will make the playoffs this year.

Dude, you're negativity is un called for. If Denver is not hostile then lets just say that Dallas isn't hostile or Philly isn't hostile. Invesco field is one of the HARDEST fields to play at! The Broncos are 14-3 there since it's inception. I would understand if this were last year or years past but this is a different team just because we lost on Sunday doesn't mean that we will lose the rest of our games. I guess to your standards we are going to go 4 - 12 this year.

It's going to be another tough road game. Kansas City is good against the run, but vulnerable against the pass. Mark needs to play a mistake free game. If he does that, I think we have a good chance in winning this game.

Trent Green is a better QB than Plummer and that worries me.

I don't think he's being overly negative. He's saying it's a tough game, and he doesn't like the Skins chances this game. That's cool. He's right, it WILL be a tough game - real tough place to play, and like he said, it gets even worse if the Chiefs get a lead.

Also, how negative can he be? He has us at 4-2 if we lose this week, so we even get an extra W out of it. :D
