riggens05
I am new here, 1st post, I am very happpy wiyh the first 2 week's, but offense is still a big concern. Seattle has a very good offense, @ i know we can controll them, but if Brunell dos'nt play any better than he did against Dallas, I think we could be in for a long day. gortiz
What scares me is the D is going to have to be almost perfect because I am still not a believer in our offense, in fact, I wouldn't be surprise if we don't take one shot over 40 yards, why you ask? I don't know? I just don't understand what kind of offense we are after 18 games under Joe. I mean, on the surface we are a tough grind it out type team that plays good D, but then that type of team is supposed to have a dominating ground game, a game manager at QB and a team that does not turn the ball over and get unforced penalties...we do all that stuff? who are we on offense?
jnhay
We gotta get them to respect our pass so we can open up some running lanes. I don't know how well play-actions will work when the other team already has eight men in the box.

Doctor ToughLove
Welcome Riggens05, Those may have been two of the ugliest wins I've seen in a long time, but it's a start. We are starting to win the close ones. I think the Gibbs learning curve is starting to kick in. Both Theismann & Williams career were defined after 32, maybe Gibbs can do the same with Brunell. bbop1950
Welcome aboard. I'm pretty new here myself. This is by far the best message board I have ever seen. Hail to those who created this board and to all Redskin fans!! :notworthy I too am concerned about the offense, but we're going to be better than we were last year. No doubt about it. The Redskins will always be my team no matter how bad it gets. I've been a fan so long that I can remember when Jurgensen was skinny. :dallasuck :eaglesuck :gaintsuck
s0crates
Have no fear, the o-line is improving. The rest will come. The defense will keep us in it and we will continue to find ways to win. Nothing helps a team win like winning, and we are 2-0. To be quite honest, though, I'm a bit scared of Seattle too. It is a good thing they have a history crumbling on the road.
