COOLhandsCOOLEY
Lets say that every year you take a trip that you plan religously for. This trip is what keeps you going on the days that seem not to end. This trip is far and has alot of crazy roads, construction, and all the other hazards you can imagine. The last few times you made this trip you had a horrible time, because your car keeps breaking down. So you decide that its time to get a new car. You have one car thats a mustang and it has lots of muscle and can really fire on all cylinders, but is prone to stalling out and is a little weak in the handling. Its got about 30k miles on it, and definetly been driven hard by its former owner. You also have an old pontiac grand am. It was top of the line in luxary when it came out, but its now got 110k miles on it. It has taken the same trip many times before for its previous owner. When you drive your your pontiac it always takes longer to get there, but you get there. You may not be able to race through the straight aways, but you also don't worry about it fishtailing out of control. You take both cars on little pre-trip tests. You had been leaning towards the mustang, but its been acting up lately. It gets the harder road test than the pontiac because because you drive it on roads that more similar to the difficult trip that lies ahead. While testing the pontiac you take it on leisurely stroles and are surprised by the pep it shows in the corners, and it's safety features just ease your mind. The trip is finally here, and your forced to choose. You pick the mustang, and rev the engine. It purrs as you put it into gear. You throw it in reverse peel your tires, and just as your pulling out of the driveway you get rearended by some a$$ hole (probably from texas) You take it to a garage and recieve the diagnosis that the mustang is a little dinged up, but otherwise okay. What now? Joe chose the Pontiac
