Make your call NOW - Ramsey or Brunell on MNF?

I will say that we have little to no chance if we put Brunnell in. That is what the Cowboys would love us to do. Brunell does not have the arm that Ramsey has and the potential for him to light up the defense for significant passing yards is slim to none. They will bring everyone up and we will be dinking and dunking ourselves into 3 and outs.

I think you have to stay with Ramsey for now if he's healthy. Not if he THINKS he's healthy :). But, IF he is, you stick with him. Two fumbles and one interception in a little more than a quarter will get him benched if it doesn't tighten up, but, since he was given the job without having to win it, he should maintain it until he loses it on the field or takes it forever.

Uh, not two fumbles, unless you really blame him for that clothesline. Mark would have fumbeld that too.

Hell, Mark lost his footing and took a sack.

Brunell is going to start look at ESPN news.

I said a few days ago Ramsey wouldn't make it to game 3. Took Gibbs a half to see this guys DONE.

Ill say this, If Brunell can't get back to form of a few years ago, hell ride pine too and cambell by week 6.....

I think Brunell is going to light it up. Mark my words..............

why? Cause this is his last shot to stay in the NFL as a starter. And hell raise up his game and have a great season. :dallasuck

And i wont be betting the Dallas game BTW

I do blame him for that. That was a hot read. The ball can't be in his hands to be clotheslined. He's got to get the ball out. Even Bugel said as much.

You know, that's a good point - I'm sure there will be plenty of people that will disagree with you, but the fact is, Ramsey has an ongoing problem with holding the ball too long. Blame it on Spurrier if you want, but the fact remains that he still does it.

And in the final analysis, Ramsey either fumbled or got picked in his first three possessions of the season:

(1) (11:13) (Shotgun) P.Ramsey pass intended for S.Moss INTERCEPTED by N.Vasher at CHI 45. N.Vasher to CHI 48 for 3 yards

(2) (4:22) (Shotgun) P.Ramsey sacked at WAS 43 for 0 yards (A.Ogunleye). FUMBLES (A.Ogunleye), recovered by WAS-J.Jansen at WAS 38. J.Jansen to WAS 38 for no gain (B.Urlacher).

(3) (11:08) P.Ramsey sacked at CHI 19 for -3 yards (L.Briggs). FUMBLES (L.Briggs), RECOVERED by CHI-T.Harris at CHI 19. T.Harris to CHI 19 for no gain (C.Samuels).WAS-P.Ramsey was injured during the play.

Of course, there's more to the story than just those three plays, but in the end, the ball wound up in bad places with Ramsey at the helm.
