scotman
Boys fan here. The Redskins defense looked very tough today. Portis looked like he was running very well, too. I'm excited about our game coming up. Here's to a good week of practice for both teams and a healthy game. Scot

Fred Jones
Well, one out of every 10 puke fans can actually be somewhat pleasant. Not very good, but it is what it is. And a good week of practice to your team as well scotman.
Guest amaprius
I echo the sentiment, Scotman....Keep the Redskins healthy!....and Cowboys too!... until Lavar and Sean Taylor get their hands on your team....Just kidding.... I hope it is a classic game and the Skins win!
scotman
What is it you think the Skins will need to do to beat the Boys? And vise versa? On your end, the Skins will need to do a better job of exposing our young defense. i really thought SD would continue the cutback runs on us today. Ware was bitting on that pretty hard. As soon as he quit bitting, I'd of thought they'd take it outside. I think the Skins need to get after Pettiti (our RT). He's really coming along nicely for us. But he's still making the switch from college to pro as well as from left to right. On defense, you need to watch Crayton. Seriously. He gets just open enough and has good hands. Obviously, stop JJ. For us, and I'd welcome your thoughts, we need to account for Portis for the cutbacks mentioned above. He could do some real damage. I don't know your receivers well enough to make an educated statement about them. Our secondary is much improved. But our FS is still a big question mark. Offensively, Bledsoe needs to get rid of the dang ball. He was sacked at least 4 times today, fumbling once (we recovered). He was pretty accurate when upright, though. But for us to win, we have to keep him standing. Other than that, we need to spread the ball around and get Julius his carries. What are your thoughts? scotman
Also, what is the status of Sean Taylor? Did he play today? I haven't been watching much TV at all other than the games today and didn't pay attention to Taylor. Never mind. I just read the post about him even getting to play a little WR. MikeB
Dude, we just got to get the past out of our heads. The Skins need to STEP UP and play 60 minutes. We played for 59 minutes the last game and wound up with the L, so we need to learn from that and play every second. If we do, we can come away with a victory. If not, it'll be what, number 12 in a row?
SamSneed36
Skins need to finish drives. We can put a good drive together until we get to the 20 yard line and then it falls apart.
Bat~man
dallas would need to focus on our run , stop our running game and force us to throw and you will be better off , on O id dink and dunk a bit then the long bomb , seems to usually work against us get us biting on the dinks then air one out of course it wont always work , our D is stout >< on O we need to freakin punch it in we had decent yardage today but need some freakin TDs , we need to get portis going early and hit some play action going , on D we got to play smart and not get burned when we blitz >< stop JJ and GET SOME freakin PRESSURE on the bledsoe>< all in all our D will keep us close im sure but im thinking dallas will take this one , maybe we will get you next game this year
