Walking Deadman
Dear ESers attending tomorrow's game, We have a real opportunity to affect the game vs. the Bears......I'm not sure how many Bear fans will be there, but my guess is that much like last year (vs. Tampa) it will be mostly Skins fans. Joe Gibbs part 2, year 2 begins tomorrow and the Skins face a Bears O led by a rookie QB (Orton) and some snaps will be taken with a rookie RB (Benson) in the backfield. We as fans can cause alot of penalties for the Bears tommorrow, just by being loud and cheering for the #1 D in the NFC and last year's #3 D overall. I see False Starts aplenty if you all step up. I want to thank all the ESers who came to the Pitt game, anybody who watched it on Fox heard FedEx get LOUD, I re-watched the game yesterday and I was impressed by how loud we got, even with a TON of Steeler fans there. So Folks, it's time to get loud-- get your fellow Skins fans sitting next to you to quit sitting on their hands and GET LOUD!!!!!!!! Read the Sig......"Show'em My Motto" BRING ON THE 12th MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 12th Man are ya with me.....can I get a shout out?
d0ublestr0ker0ll
Really, this is the year everybody. This is the one year where everybody in Redskins Nation from the Coaches to the Fans has to step it up to the highest level. It's time.

herrmag
I am so excited about this season, I bought a brand new jersey tonight. It will be the first time I've bought a jersey in probably 4 years (thanks guys at the Tysons Redskins store for helping me debate over the size of the jersey). I bought an Arrington jersey, and I expect big, big things from him this year. He's kind of fallen off a lot of people's radars, and while I don't think he'll go nuts tomorrow, he will have at least one huge play to jar peoples' memories. Here's to a big, FAT, W tomorrow
DIRTY DOG
Good luck tomorrow...although do you actually believe the Skins can score 24 points on our "D"?--then again...can we score 10 of our own?

Yeah, I think we can....your D is alot better vs last year (based on what I've seen in the preseason vs the Bills and the Browns), but I think Portis will have a good day on you guys. Kosher Ham
Good luck tomorrow...although do you actually believe the Skins can score 24 points on our "D"?--then again...can we score 10 of our own? Your terrible D from 8 months ago? You better believe it. Remind me what Portis did with that OL ? Bring up the injuries, the crappy QB, The off-season, the WRs, etc., the Redskins had plenty. Redskins Nation is waiting.

Walking Deadman
Hey, you'll be there in sprit.....let's have the Nats hear us at RFK. Heck, let's be sooooooooo loud that it echos all the way to Baltimore so the Ravens fans can hear us at M&T. Let's show the Bears (a fellow oldschool franchise) that FedEx is a tough place for an opponent to play.
Bacon
We all miss RFK where good times were had, but it's about time that Fedex Field gets broken in for real.
Kosher Ham
Bears D line one of top 3in NFL Because they havent faced the Redskins OL, Portis, or Bugel (With a little pepper of Alex Gibbs), and Joe Gibbs. The Bears have a formidable DL. But in the PS it means nothing. Which is why I never talk about PS numbers. If I did the Bears woould be facing a machete. Walking Deadman
Why is it that most of the Fantasy sites say sit Portis tomorrow? Bears D line one of top 3in NFL Do I care what Fantasy Footballers are doing? I don't...... What did your D do last year? 21st.....now did I say your D looks better? Yes, but even with most of your starters last year, with Jansen injured, a weak Raymer at Center and Brunell at QB Portis ran for 171 yards against your vaunted D. I don't expect Portis to repeat that #, but 116 (my guess) is likely. And that doesn't count Betts. Maybe you haven't seen us in preseason......but our O-line is much better, your guys better be ready. PS- where are the Bears D-line ranked #3 in the NFL? Preseason? Some Fantasy Football guy? Give me a break.

Bacon
Why do I always hear people say "tough D!" but never "tough O!"? I mean, come on people. Is it THAT hard to say defense? It's the same length as offense, so I don't see the problem.
