usafskins
Blondie It looks like I might be here until October due to the hurricane destroying alot of the base from what I have heard. I am originally from El Paso and my parents moved to Austin about 5 years ago.
Skins-n-Longhorns
I'm a Texas student from the DC area and I was wondering the same thing. The good news is that the local FOX station (FOX 7) is televising the game at 12. Hope that helps.
SkinsBry
I used to live there and I would spend my weekends in Texas Sports Bar. There was a decent showing of 'Skins fans there. It's the bar in the bowling alley on I-35, north of Rundberg Ln.
Ron Mexico
Ah, yes Austin, I used to be stationed at fort hood, I usually watched the games at the sports dome on post, however I went to the Austin a couple of times to watch the game. I think the bar that SkinsBry spoke of is the one that I went to also. If that's the one im thinking of, there is a fairly good turn out of skins fans like SkinsBry mentioned. There is also a bar really close to 6th street that shows all of the games too. :dallasuck

rydost
I watched several games last year at the Fox and Hound on 4th and Guadalupe. They show all games, but you will want to get there a little early to get a good seat. The food is decent, too. The game is currently scheduled to be shown on the local affiliate, but they have been known to change at the last minute with no warning. I would not be a bit surprised if they decided to switch over to the Saints game instead.
