kappaluvacee
(Original Content) Hey Guys, Carlos is about to come on with an interview, as always, I will post a summary of the interview when it is complete! (/Original Content) As many of you know, the Carlos Rogers interview was scrapped due to insufficent time before the program concluded. Sirius did get a hold of derick Dockery in his place, thus I edited the thread. Below is the Derick Dockery interview in the place of the carlos rogers interview Here is a summary of the interview with Derick Dockery on Sirius satellite Radio’s Moving The Chains hosted by Tim Ryan and Pat Kirwin… Enjoy! Derick starts the interview stating that he feels good; the guys are reviewing tape getting ready for Sunday. Derick says the stakes are high now that every game counts and guys are ready for this moment when the games count. Dockery says the line is full of veterans Q1(Pat Kirwin): Second Year under Gibbs, what differences have you experienced coming into year 2 under Gibbs? Dockery: Coach Gibbs is evolving and opening up the offense. Says Coach Gibbs is excited because they raised the talent level of the team. Says Coach Gibbs comes in daily with one goal – To improve and get better! Q2:( Pat Kirwin) Shotgun! A few other teams added it to their offense this offseason too, Tell us what it means to the Washington Redskins. Dockery: When we go to the shotgun teams know that we are most likely passing, but Shotgun means 1 on 1 with the guy in front of you and the coaches like their chances up front in those matchups. Dockey says it also increases Clinton Portis’ chances to bust the big one because he will see the defense present their front more quickly and that teams will lean towards guarding the pass lanes which should free Clinton in those situations as well. Q3(Tim Ryan): Talk to us about the Bears’ rushing game and big time defense. Are you looking forward to that challenge this weekend? Dockery: They have some good guys up front; the team has been watching film to see how they have improved. Dockery thinks that it’ll be a real challenge Sunday. He says it’s the NFL. Every man on every team is the best of the best. Q4(Pat Kirwin): Hey Doc, I know Greg Williams is cooking up his scheme for the rookie Orton! Is Greg Planning to blitz this kid on every down this weekend? Dockery: If they blitz Orton each play, then he’ll get a taste of what the Skins offense gets each day playing against Coach Williams defensive group. Dockery says the Defense is still big time and the offense has to help them out by producing points. Q5(Tim Ryan): Talk to us about the improved offensive weapons. Dockery: The first thing that Coach Gibbs did with the new talent (Moss & Patten) was draft up the explosive big play portion of this year’s playbook. Dockery says the guys they have now (Patten & Moss) have chips on their shoulders because neither has been considered elite players by the football media. Q6 (Tim Ryan): How much 4-6 defense did Ravens show during the preseason game? Dockery says they disguised it well and they don’t show it upfront, they roll into it before the snap. Q7 (Tim Ryan); Can you get to Ray Lewis as an offensive lineman if they are in the 4-6? Dockery: Yes he can still be hit; it’s just more difficult. Q8 (Pat Kirwin): Talk about Casey Raybach. Dockery: He’s a great guy. He’s from a running offense and he meshed quickly with his new teammates. Dockery says Casey works to make each player on the O-Line better each day. Q9 (Tim Ryan): Tell us about Jansen’s thumb! Dockery: Jon is going to be fine. After the meetings yesterday Jansen said I’m going to be just fine. Dockery said ‘they don’t call him rock for nothing.” Dockery says he has been recently relieved of his Thursday night dinner purser duties for Washington’s O-Lineman. Dockery says he now makes the rookies on the roster do that since he is the youngest starter on the O-line. Q10 (Pat Kirwin): How has the team been handling the Sean Taylor distraction? Dockery: Everyone makes mistakes. It hasn’t been a distraction. Sean is dealing with his issues off the field and working his but off at practice. The team embraced him and the mentality of the team when he returned was “We are all family, with a job to do so Let’s get to work!” Dockery closed the interview by saying the NFL hasn’t seen the last of the Dockery clan because he has a little bro in college trying to make a run at the pros. kappaluvacee
Not yet.... When the Program change occurred, they brought on John Foxx HC Carolina Panthers. I will keep you guys posted. This was not a hoax thread. If you check my thread history, I always post these interviews when a Redskin is on. If they don't get to carols, I think it'll be because it took too long to get him on before the Opening Drive show closed for the day. These shows are all programmed from different locations so I'm not sure what to make of this. It has happened in the past, sometimes the interview still takes place, and sometimes it doesn't. I'm listening though!

kappaluvacee
I think this is a lost interview guys. They aren't saying anything about it and they are brining on other guests. Sorry to get everyone excited, but I too was excited when they said he was coming up next.
kappaluvacee
The host of the show just apologized for not getting Carlos Rogers in, they said they have a relationship with Derick Dockery and have him scheduled to appear before the conclusion of their show. I'll keep everyone updated and I will post whoever they do the interview with.
