G-Prime
During the offseason and straight up through the last preseason game, many fans have been split. Divided by love for a particular player. This is no where more obvious than at the Quarterback position. Since the draft there have been people rooting for Campbell to play over Ramsey. Again in the preason, a divide occurred from those wanting Brunell to play over Ramsey. There is nothing wrong with healthy competition among our players, and in fact the fan base. However, now that the regular season is upon us, I would hope to see some unity from the fan base in support of our team's chosen starters. We will always have our favorite players, people on the field we personally identify with, but for the good of the team we need to be the 12th man. In the trenches with them every single play, supporting them and lifting them up when they are tired. That doesn't mean we should blindly accept poor play. We should be part of the team and help try to prevent poor play. Unfortunately this can really only be done from the stands at Fed Ex Field during a game. We need to get behind our team. Those that can remember what it was like watching a game at RFK. Teams we're scared. Often times in RFK, when the Redskins weren't playing so hot, it was US the 12th man that carried them on and helped them win the game. When those stands started to rock and 50,000+ pure Redskins fans started yelling there was no greater place in the world to be. It always made me smile when I saw a QB pull out from under center and point to his ears, shruging at his coach. A few years earlier when plays were still sent in with signals, we as the 12th man would cause countless false start penalties for opposing offenses. We as fans are not powerless. We can cause false starts, we can make a team burn a time out. Fed Ex is our home and it's not going to change, Patrick Ramsey is our Quarterback and it's not going to change(right now). We need to get behind him and make teams absolutely FEAR coming to play here. We as the 12th man have lifted lesser QB's(and fielded teams for that matter) to great things. We can do that again for Patrick, and the entire team. We have the power to make average men great and above average men gods. So this season, support your team, don't sell your tickets to opposing team's fans, keep Redskins tickets, in Redskin hands. If you can't come to a game, give the tickets away here or sell them to skins fans. This is the house that Jack built.. Lets make him proud this year! AJ_Skins
This stadium was his dream. In my opionion it should still be called JKC stadium. I'm not sure, but I think technically it still is. FedEx is the name of the field, and I think after initially changing the name to "Redskins stadium", Snyder now has the official name as "FedEx Field at Jack Kent Cooke Stadium". Might be wrong about that, though.

Even the official team website makes no mention of it being called anything other than FedEx field. http://www.redskins.com/fedexfield/
