hands11
He has looked so steady and quick this whole preseason. Farris may have earned a spot. 4 for 76 and 2 TD. Right after a TD he made the tackle on the kickoff. That’s a young J Trash in the making. Groom will hold as he did on the last FG. He’s our punter. Ru Brown.- Wow. He will be hard pressed to make the team unless he’s a great SP player. Lastly, I don’t know if I’m ready to get behind to idea 100%, but the rookie QB may offer you as much or more then Ramsey. He has a gun, he pretty accurate and he can actually move out of the way. They both make bone head rookie mistakes, only Campbell is a rookie. Ramsey will get a lot of help with Portis in almost every down, but he is on a short short rope. We have to many tools on offense. The QB doesn’t even have to be great. Brunell has the experience and has played well enough to get the job down and Gibbs knows that. Good luck Pat.

Blondie
Rock will make the final cut. He has looked so steady and quick this whole preseason. Yes, he has.....he had a great off season and even though his weight is in the 220's.....he can still power his way down the field. I am truly very proud of his play. Chris 44
Rocks been impressive this preseason. I like Nemo, but if I was forced to pick one over the other it would have to be Rock.
Mr. S
I hope Rock makes the team, he displays more agility than Nemo it seems. He seems to find the holes better, granted he has a lot more experience. We still need Nemo though as a full power back.
Bang
Rock has certainly earned his spot again, I think. He just won't let himself be edged out of a job. Gotta love that. More power to him, and I'm firmly in his camp. ~Bang
bird_1972
Rock looked awesome last night. Glad to see that he still has a role on the team. I seem to remember him being a solid ST contributer last year and if he's got the short yardage game down, I think we're cool.
TODD
I like Rock better than Betts... I'm glad he's going to find a spot on this team; he's a guy who can and will contribute.
Steve Y
Rock makes it easily...Nemo should make it, but he didn't help himself last night. Those penalties on special teams were killing me.
Drex
I do not believe that cutting Rock is even an option at this point. You either keep him on the roster as a result of his abilities to play special teams and fill in at the rb position, or you get value for him through the means of a trade. My prediction: either Rock makes the squad, or gets traded for a blocking TE or 4th DB.
skinstzar
I think we definetly keep 4 backs. Manula White goes on IR so there is a roster spot. Farris however. Just don't see it. We would have to cut Dyson.
NavyDave
I don't see how they will have the millions................. and millions of ROCK's fans disappointed by releasing him after a very productive preseason

scruffylookin
Problem with Jacobs is health. If he's still ailing, they might just put him on IR. But if healthy, he makes it over Dyson 10 times out of 10. Jacobs plays special teams, and plays them well (block punt in Detroit) Dyson does not. The Rock has been very impressive this preseason. I have to admit, I was writing his obit after Nemo flashed in the first game, but Rock has done nothing except run hard and do everything asked of him since he's been here. You can't cut a guy like that....you just can't.

Gallen5862
Would it be best to put Jacobs and Mcune and any other injured guys who are borderline or on the pup? This would help us keep more depth and give the players time to heal.

RedskinLifer
Rock has earned his spot, as has Nemo. They'll keep four backs. Don't forget, Betts is most likely gone after last season, so we could essentially have his replacement in-house and go with just three next season. Nice scenario, but most likely Rock will have to scrap and fight for his Redskins existence once again. And he'll make it again, too.

And he'll make it again, too. I agree with that thinking. Keep Nemo around and see what you have with him this year. I said it before. S Davis looked just like him when he was a raw talent. Took him 2 years to turn into an excellent RB. Nemo remind me of a young S Davis. He a little slower, but he is bigger. They both would lower the sholder and they both take those small steps. Phat Hog
Nemo makes the 53 man roster....bank on it Gotta agree with you there...for a rookie selected in the 7th round, he did very well this preseason. I'd be shocked if he didn't make the team.
Joncevensen
i saw an article last week which i believe was on here, a source said Nemo had done everything he could to earn a spot and the team was trying to find him some playing time to speed up his development. Rock and Nemo both make it
